The room was dirty and smelly, uncomfortable.

I often bring guests here, but I personally only visited recently. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the security guards to the front desk, and housekeeping. The rooms are clean and tidy, smelling quite nice, and they have a balcony with a waterpark view. The food is delicious, a favorite with the kids.

For the hotspring, there is no heat, not like the first time I stayed with a really hot temperature. This is for the hotspring pool, it is actually cold. Please fix it, my intention to go to Bandung is just to stay at this place and experience the hotspring again. I protested and they said they had changed the machine.

Best choice to stay here, the swimming pool facilities are great, the staff is really the best!! Cleanliness is also good, the hallways smell really good.

This time, we stayed at a higher price, but the hot springs weren't as good as the previous time; they weren't warm at all. I tried complaining, but the pool attendant said they'd replaced the machine. The hot springs themselves were terrible.

Honestly, it was absolutely terrifying staying here, absolutely terrifying. Plus, there were bells ringing at night, and the sound of things being dragged around. The mattress was also dirty and smelly, making my body itch in the morning. It's not worth coming back; once is enough. It's a shame such a beautiful building is haunted and deserted.

The room was terrible, the toilet lock was broken, there was no toilet paper. Ugly.

Even though the pool is kid-friendly and nice, the rooms need maintenance and tidying up, and the glass doors are crawling with ants. Termites came in at night, even though I'm a regular at this place.

The facilities are good, the service is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned and replaced every day, but the hotel is not well maintained so it looks a bit dirty.

Overall, the hotel is very satisfying, but please improve the coordination of the app.

Don't watch too many Korean dramas, bro/sis. This isn't Hotel del Luna, it's just a classic style. The hotel's maintenance does need improvement. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I really like staying here, next time I go to Lembang I will definitely stay here again.

Feels like home, family friendly

The hotel is nice, but poorly maintained. The receptionist wasn't very friendly. The hot tub wasn't hot enough, just a little warm.

The room is spacious. Entering the room was a bit creepy because we got one on the second floor. Atmosphere/Facilities: Entry to the swimming pool is limited to two people, more than that is a fee. Staff Assistance: Good. Highlights: The bathroom door doesn't fully close due to a gap underneath, and the room smells a bit of urine. Price: Affordable

It's okay during your stay. Maybe pay more attention to the underside of the cupboard and under the sideboard, there's still dust.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on January 2, 2026, I was hesitant and wanted to cancel because many said it was scary, but when I went there, there was no horror at all, instead I was amazed by the hotel building which was very nice and aesthetic like in a kingdom, lots of good photo spots, the room didn't have AC but it was very cold, there was no hair dryer, I chose a standard room with breakfast for 3 people from Traveloka, when I got there the receptionist said only 2 people could get breakfast, I was adamant because I paid 590 to get breakfast for 3 people, but the hotel said it couldn't be done if I wanted to complain to Traveloka, I was very disappointed with the service, the receptionist didn't help at all, the hot water pool wasn't hot, only warm, that's only the children's pool, the standard type room was very small, the bathroom was also cramped, I think with the price of 600 in other hotels it's already quite good, for Traveloka if Please give the right promo, don't go there and it won't be suitable
