The hotel is quite close to Palangkaraya's city landmarks. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Hopefully, we can stay here again sometime.

I've been staying here for a while because of the varied breakfast menu. However, on this visit, management changed their policy, requiring make-up rooms to be opened every other day.

It's been a long time since I stayed here and honestly this time I was disappointed with the facilities. I was told, sorry sir, it's a bit noisy tonight because there's repairs on the top floor, okay, it's okay. In the afternoon, I tried to check out the swimming location with the kids because I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, in front of the staff I told my kids to swim tomorrow morning and I explained it to the staff on duty several times, the next morning the kids were excited to change into their swimsuits when they arrived at the swimming pool, it turned out it was still under maintenance and the information was until the afternoon. My question is why the staff on duty didn't inform us that there would be repairs tomorrow even though I clearly told my kids tomorrow morning several times and my tone was quite loud... Oh yes, regarding the noise, it turned out that last night upstairs it felt like clubbing at a discotheque, luckily my kids were still able to sleep, I wanted to complain but I was a bit too lazy. Then my kids accidentally broke a glass, a bit shocked, the glass like that was fined 150 thousand

The reception is friendly, and the food here is delicious.

Everything is fine, but if the parking lot is full, you have to park outside. So you have to walk back to the hotel.

Check-in was very late, only 3:10 PM, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The service from one of the male staff members at the front desk was poor. Please pay more attention.
