Great hotel with mesmerizing landmarks at the pool

So, when we booked, we got a deluxe room. Due to hotel policy and the fact that there weren't many guests when we first checked in, we were thankfully upgraded to the grand deluxe room with a larger room and a larger bed at no additional cost. The staff seemed a bit lacking, but they were super helpful, even during peak hours when there were a lot of visitors. Hopefully, Hotel Permata Hati will continue to improve, 🙏🏻

The hotel staff was friendly, and we stayed here because the kids wanted to swim. While swimming, you can order food from the cafe. The food is quite tasty, and the prices are standard, and relatively affordable for a hotel. The cafe-restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., but the pool is closed every Friday.

The bathroom smelled and was not very clean, as if neglected. The floor was bloated. The towels had no scent at all.

The hotel has so much potential with the new swimming pool for the kids beside the hotel, some of the rooms are spacious, but the indoor hotel and rooms themselves look old and dusty. For budget travelers, it is still considerable. I will come back again if there is any progress in the future.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. A former hospital building converted into a hotel, but still with hospital-style accents and decor. Entering the room, the floor was sandy, the room was damp due to damaged and wet walls, and the aura was dark and very creepy. As soon as I checked in, I felt uncomfortable, but I tried to enter the room anyway. When I arrived, I didn't wait long to check out, rather than having a restless and terrifying night. I didn't even have time to take photos because I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave. This was my first time choosing the wrong hotel. It's best if hotels like this aren't recommended on apps. For newcomers like us, I felt trapped. The hotel price was quite high but the facilities were zero...🙏

The staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in. Although they initially said there were no rooms available, they found alternative solutions. Our family was staying overnight due to a power outage at home and needed a decent place to stay. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with a slight generator noise, but it didn't disrupt our rest. It was simply the best.
