Good hotel, friendly service, the best

Great journey and great place for stay in Jogja

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be improved, such as the smart TV and shower that need to be replaced, the breakfast variety also needs to be improved, the breakfast policy for children under 5 years is only 1 child, an extra charge of 100 thousand for adding breakfast, which in my opinion has little variety, is not worth it.

For the price above one million with a suit type, we took it hoping to get more in terms of facilities, it turned out to be a lot of nonsense. Disappointed in terms of amenities or breakfast and they are not detailed in preparing small things but are really needed, for example, soap and shampoo are not suitable for a hotel of this class and if you take a shower it gets wet and slippery until you bring it to the room because there are no towels or foot mats provided and for breakfast, it would be better to increase the variety and taste for a hotel of this size👍

The staff is friendly, there's a welcome drink, there's ample parking, and free parking for guests. The elevator is quite old and slow. Opening the room door is also a bit difficult.

Easy access to the city... Comfortable rooms for families, with balconies too. Clean in every way 😁. The breakfast menu is varied and the food is delicious, and the restaurant is spacious. Awesome, always a success.

The lobby looks like that of a four-star hotel, but once you enter the room area—especially in the old building—it feels more like a motel, with dim lighting, a leaking air conditioner, a wardrobe with a missing door, and an oddly positioned toilet and bathroom sink.

Very impressive, the room is very spacious, there is a large balcony facing the mountain. In the morning the air is very cool.
