If I could give it a 1 rating, I would have. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked a superior room, but the key had a problem and it took over an hour to get it replaced. The staff seemed indifferent and didn't even apologize at all. After I got in, the water heater didn't work, only cold water. The superior room had hot air conditioning. There wasn't even a restaurant menu in the room, so I had to call and get the menu. The facilities and service were really lacking. Complaints and criticisms to the staff also seemed trivial. Thanks for the bad experience.
