The hotel staff were all friendly, always greeting everyone whenever they met. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a room with a perfect mountain view. A one-day stay felt inadequate.

Every time there is an event in Malang, I always choose Aria Gajayana because of its strategic location in the middle of the city and is integrated with the shopping area.

Because of the graduation ceremony, the motorcycle and car parking at MOG was full. We couldn't park inside, so we ended up outside. And even then, the parking fees were sky-high because people thought we were also invited to the graduation. The hotel should have anticipated this and avoided harming its guests who weren't attending the ceremony.

The quality of Aria Hotel Gajayana Malang is undeniable. Besides direct access to the MOG, it boasts top-notch cleanliness, friendly staff, and stunning views. It's a must-visit if you're visiting Malang.
