The hotel is not too big but very comfortable with very affordable prices.

Luckily I got an upgrade to a super cozy room..

Stayed here for 2 days. Booked 2 rooms. When I checked in, I got an upgrade to a suite, 2 rooms in 1 building. The room is spacious and has a mini pool. Access to the main road is very easy, close to KFC and Starbucks. Next time I go to Bali, I will stay here again

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is also close to tourist destinations.

For me this is the best. Because I like the concept of villa-hotel. Comfortable rooms do not make you paranoid like a 100th floor hotel. Strategic location. The only downside is not getting breakfast. But it’s okay.

Bali Sunset Villa Seminyak is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, suitable for anyone looking for a relaxing stay that ' s not too far from tourist attractions, including the Seminyak Beach. The room was very spacious-a rarity nowadays-and tremendously clean. Shower and water taps ran strongly. Guests can request housekeeping anytime. The hospitality was great too. One can't simply find any faults with this hotel. Would definitely come back!

The place is clean and the pool facilities are okay, the food is also delicious.

Very good, according to the photos, the breakfast menu is also good, just satisfied.

I used a suite for 3 days, the room facilities were quite good but the room cleanliness needed to be improved, WiFi was not good and most importantly the breakfast was cold and less varied.

The staff are less friendly, more friendly with foreign tourists compared to native Indonesians, overall for the rooms, okay.

The front desk clerk at check-in was unfriendly, breakfast was lacking in the morning, pillowcases smelled unpleasant, the price of the extra bed was expensive, the main room AC was not cold, the noise from other rooms, the experience was not pleasant at this hotel, and would not return again come here.

Staying here only one night, and it feels good, i love the design of the Villa (cozy and not boring) and my room too as well, tv in it, small freeze, aircon working really well, the bed frame, the pool, and the staff is kinda friendly and smily, oh yeah there is a hair dryer in bathroom so it might be a nice bonus for the girls, but the air sucker on the top of the shower didn't work so need to fix it. And the breakfast on the restaurant was nice.

What's bothering me was, I told them that, my room was run out of tissues. I don't know why my request was not met (because of 'low season condition'?). Air condition was in minimum condition. Almost no convenient store around. Although, overall cleanliness is ok, overall friendliness of staff is ok. Not really value for money, too bad. Need improvements.

The place is nice just a shame to the room at the back there is no view but it is ok if to Bali again definitely select this hotel ...

Recommended really, spacious rooms, clean pool, clean rooms, friendly service, good breakfast and yummy food.

Nice staffs and location. Very helpful. Only problem is with washroom, as it blocks daily and you must approach them for repair
