The room is spacious and comfortable, came here when there was an engagement event. The food is delicious and the facilities are complete.

Nice experience staying at this 3 star but nice hotel. Friendly staff and when we need something like hair dryer they come quickly.

didn't expect the room to be nice + there was a bathtub (it was written that there was a bathtub facility) but most of them were duds. and this really is there. the swimming pool is very spacious. it's just a shame you can't swim at night because it's limited to 6 pm. for the breakfast menu there are many variations. but maybe for the soup ones, it can be left warm (like burjo) because when it's cold it's not so delicious. oh yeah for the location it's close to everywhere. to the station, town square, pacific mall, everything is close. the staff is very friendly. really like the service. oh yeah for room 223 maybe the key needs to be checked again. I had trouble opening the door because the light wouldn't change to green 🤣🤣🤣 or maybe I'm just a bit oon 🤣🤣 so far this hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go to Tegal. and it's also good if you just want a statcation.

There is a little comment that is related to the smoking room. The location of the hotel building for the smoking room is separate from the main hotel building (which has a reception), when entering through the parking area it looks less clean and when entering the hotel gate it looks less clean, less comfortable, it doesn't seem like you want to enter a hotel but like you want to enter a regular building in general, in terms of the building it is good but the impression of being wow is not visible

The AC is very weak, the refrigerator is not cold. I have told the officer that it is like this 😂 the AC cannot be set in the direction of the spray. The room key delivery was said to be at half past 2 in the afternoon, I have contacted 2 officers, I have called the receptionist and they only came at 2 😅

For the room okay, comfortable bed, dirty bathroom, dirty towels are no longer suitable and have changed color, smelly water. The room floor is not clean, dusty. The sheets and pillow cases smell, but I asked for a change and the staff immediately changed them. The food is okay, just not very varied. Too bad the distance from the new building to the restaurant and pool is far 😁
