The hotel staff is friendly, the service is very good, for some problems in the room they were immediately fixed. The taste of the restaurant food is delicious, it is really worth it for the price. I don't regret staying here👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Best place to escape from your boring life. Great ambiance, great food, great services.

The room is clean, spacious upstairs and downstairs, the breakfast food is quite delicious, the swimming pool is also clean, there is a children's play area too.

Loved the house tour uphill! The room was super spacious with big windows and a nice design. Breakfast had so many options and everything tasted great. The indoor and semi-outdoor seating was really nice too, fresh air made it extra relaxing.

Friendly service and nice place

Yesterday, I booked a medium room with a bathtub. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, with themed rooms, comfortable rooms, and very cool. There's a playground for the kids, beach-like sand, and a kiddie pool with warm water to keep them entertained. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

Best I stayed in room 102. If I go to Bandung, I will check in here again🥰

Feel happy staying here! One of the family-friendly hotels in Bandung, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms comfortable, and clean and not musty. There are still a few spots of dirt in certain places (I'm a detailed person, so I checked everything first to make sure it wasn't my fault). Refillable drinking water is provided in every hallway. The restaurant has a wide selection of food and is quite tasty (although not as plentiful as other restaurants). The kids loved the warm water pool and playground.

I think the room amenities need to be upgraded, especially the mattress. Oh my God, I slept with a baby, and every time I moved, the mattress made a squeaky sound. I stayed in a medium loft near the restaurant. This is my first time staying in a hotel, but the mattress quality was terrible.

The hotel is good, the room is also clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean, but there is a bit of an unpleasant smell, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the AC dies every 30 minutes, after complaining many times, finally moved to a more expensive cabin type for free, but the room is worse than the first room, the room is a bit smelly, the AC is not cold enough, the toilet makes a noisy blubuk blubuk sound, it also smells a bit, the balcony is very dirty.. I want to complain again but I'm already tired. As for the food, everything is delicious..

Finally, I tried one of the hotels in Bandung that's been quite popular: The House Tour Uphill. The House Tour actually has three hotels: The House Tour Uphill, The House Tour Midtown, and The House Tour Downtown. The House Tour Uphill is located in Sersan Bajuri and is perfect for families or those looking for a staycation like me. However, when I stayed, it seemed like there were more young families staying. For around 700,000 rupiah, the room was quite spacious and had a nice view. Although there was air conditioning, it wasn't really necessary, as the air was already cool. The breakfast was also quite good, with a decent buffet.

The place is cool and very kid-friendly. Lots of great photo spots, and the food is varied. I'll definitely come back here again next time 😁

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the cleanliness is a real nuisance. I arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m. hoping to get some rest, but I found the entire room covered in sand and the toilet smelly. Even though I called, they were cleaning it again, and I noticed the broom was no longer fit for use (no wonder it wasn't clean). Afterward, I wiped it down again because there was sand on the bed. It seems the sand wasn't positioned correctly, as it got everywhere, causing me to slip down the sandy stairs. Hopefully, management will pay more attention to guest comfort.
