The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the location is on the main road, there is a bus around Bogor city like in Bandung at night, only from the beginning of check in until check out the sound of the sliding chair is very annoying, who knows where it comes from, otherwise it is good.

The hotel is very friendly, starting from the very friendly staff who always greet guests who come, then welcome drinks are provided, the strategic location is near Alfamart/Indomart, check in is fast I arrived at half past 2 and was allowed to enter the room, there is live music and if you look at the cafe they give you snacks, the swimming pool is also quite large and towels are provided, breakfast on the first day has many variations for children, there is also cotton candy/popcorn, there is also espresso at breakfast but on the second day the menu is the same as the first day so those who stay for 2 days are a bit bored with the menu. There are also many kids activities, there is movie time, play ground, and competitions on Sundays. My suggestion is maybe you can add animal activities on Sundays so it's more lively. Then when I stayed from morning until night I heard chairs shifting from the next room.. but God willing if I go to Bogor I want to stay here again.. Always be successful GP

I am very happy to stay at the Grande Pajajaran Hotel, the hotel staff is friendly, the facilities and services are complete starting from the children's playroom, movie theater, children's swimming pool, the room is spacious, provided with prayer mats and the Quran for worship, it is very sufficient for a short family vacation A slight minus is that the room is not soundproof, so the sound of motorbikes and trolleys is very audible from inside the room, it is suggested to provide a carpet especially for the hallway so that the sound of trolleys, steps and suitcases does not disturb the guests who are staying For the squeaking sound that sometimes appears, it is not because of horror but comes from air trapped in the water pipe, maybe it can be overcome by repairing the pipe line Overall I really appreciate the hotel management who tries to make guests comfortable and happy to stay here.. 👍

almost all okay and steady both hotel service and facilities and also food. but at the beginning of checking in the receptionist was lacking in greeting at the beginning, maybe because I checked in at night around 22.00 WIB so she was probably tired. but overall everything is okay ... one of the recommended places to stay in Bogor happy holiday

The hotel staff is super nice and very communicative, I'm satisfied but unfortunately I only stayed here for one night, the room is very clean, what made me speechless was that I brought a 2-month-old baby, the baby couldn't stand being wiped so I ended up borrowing a bucket to take a bath, ehhh I was given a baby bathtub, thank you so much, it turns out this hotel provides it if we just ask for help. This is my first experience with my family staying here. The staff are friendly, the service is good, I can sleep well & wake up early here. the food is delicious & varied. There is live music at night. Beautiful night view from the balcony of the room. Clean swimming pool & fun games for my child. I have no other words to describe it except the word "AWESOME". Hopefully the best service can be maintained 👍. And I think this can be my subscription hotel when I go to Bogor. Thank you 🫶
