The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and the room atmosphere was comfortable.

Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and sticky, with cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress pad, blanket, and pillowcases hadn't been replaced and were dirty. The towels were worn out, like doormats.

Sometimes in the middle of the night, someone's playing the doorbell. Sometimes it's noisy outside the door. The air conditioner is noisy.

The service staff was incredibly good and quick, but the room was still dirty because there were cigarette butts in the corners of the bathroom and there was still cigarette dust on the dressing table.

The room was hot and there was no action from staff. The hotel corridor stank of wet trash. The bathroom doesn't have enough hose for the shower. The parking area stank due to wet trash spillover and no one took action. During breakfast, no staff took action to top up the food when it finished. The bathroom door lock was broken.

Everything at this hotel is the best.

The staff were all friendly & helpful. However, the condition of the towel & the hot & cold shower was not up to my expectation. The shower cannot be adjusted & was too hot even after I adjusted to cold. The breakfast was good, delicious & had many varieties.

I'll be staying here for three nights. On my first day of check-in, I noticed a slight urine smell when I opened the toilet and there were no towels available. However, this was quickly addressed after I informed the staff. My first breakfast included flowers on the table with a pot of water that didn't appear to be regularly changed, so the pot harbored mosquito larvae. So, are guests eating with mosquito larvae? I've already informed the staff.
