I actually like this hotel, I've stayed here twice every time I've had an event in Tulungagung. Besides the spacious parking lot, there are lots of green plants, red, yellow, and white frangipani flowers. I like the breakfast menu, although it's not very varied, but it's delicious. The soto is delicious, the pecel is cleverly separated into mild and spicy spices. The sunny side up is beautiful and Ms. Yustika was very helpful when asked to fill the tumbler with hot water twice. However, this time there was a problem in the room, because last night when I arrived at the hotel I immediately collapsed, the next morning I went for a walk, had breakfast, and lay down while waiting for check-out time. Suddenly my body was itching all over, squeaking like something was biting me (coincidentally, I have that allergy). I took a shower to get rid of the itching. It turned out that after the shower I still felt itchy and squeaking. After investigating, oh my God, I found many small ants on the wall that had joined the bed, even on the nightstand. Why did I find ants crawling around inside the refrigerator? I'd like to ask for more cleanliness, because if a hotel or room has any kind of animal in it, no matter how small, it's a sign that something isn't clean. Keep everything clean. Thank you.

The hotel is quite large and clean. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no staff to help us unload our luggage from the car. However, we were escorted to the elevator to the third floor.

Kids love it here the most, the pool is indoor, the staff are friendly.

No second TV in the deluxe suite room, zero pool towels. Pool towels were mixed with room towels and had to be asked for at the front desk.

It is always a pleasant experience to stay in Crown Victoria Hotel whenever I visit Tulungagung with my family. During our latest stay, I would like to compliment the staff for their quick response to our need. We had an issue with the low pressure of the toilet spray in our room. I just informed the receptionist about it as we went to the restaurant for breakfast. By the time we came back to our room, the technician already replaced the shower with a new one. I was truly impressed. The housekeeping staff was also very quick in responding to our request regarding the beds in our room. As usual, in this hotel I never miss enjoying the nice indoor swimming pool, including the hot water pool and the sauna. This time, I was also able to exercise with my mom in the gym facility. The room was really cozy with excellent facilities. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience to stay in the hotel. It would have been a more pleasing experience if we could really have the rooms with a courtyard view as mentioned in the description.

The location is not far from the Tulungagung town square. The hot jacuzzi pool is too hot, and the cold one is too cold. Breakfast options are limited, but you can request fried rice or fried noodles.
