The place is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly.

For the price offered, it's worth staying here. The room is nice, I complained at the beginning and the receptionist was not happy, then I said just give a bad review, then my complaint was followed up. For me in the hospitality business, response is important, fortunately the facilities in the room can cover what happened.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, room F. Spacious room, complete amenities, there is a mini kitchen complete with an electric stove, refrigerator & cooking + dining utensils. Good signal wifi. Friendly & helpful staff. The downside, the furniture in the room is dusty, not very clean, there are spider webs in the corners of the ceiling, there is hair in the bathroom drain. Be careful also if you put food on the kitchen table, ants will come very quickly. On the 2nd floor which can be used as a sharing room for smoking, the chairs are dusty, it is better to clean them diligently every day. But overall it's okay to stay with family, just need to improve the cleanliness.

The best. Starting from hotel reservation, check in, cleanliness, comfort, everything is the best. If I go to Bali again, I will definitely book a room here.

This hotel is really cool. Complete amenities, comfortable atmosphere, soft pillows, clean and tidy. Have stayed here 3x and all three have been impressive. But the signature suite room without a balcony is quite noisy from vehicles, overall everything is good.

Staff sangat ramah dan sangat membantu, resepsionis buka 24jam bisa check in kapan saja. Walaupun pesan dan datang tengah malam staff menyambut dengan ramah. Kamar bersih dan luas, 10 jempol buat hotel ini.

Ramah, bersih, sesuai di foto, sayangnya ga ada kompornya dan ga ada lift.

Kami menginap di Master A di lantai 3, kamarnya luas dan lengkap sekali dengan peralatan mandi handuk sikat gigi sabun shampo, ada balkon menghadap kejalan, saluran TV juga lengkap, kamar dibersihkan setiap hari. Cocok untuk keluarga.

The service was great. I asked for a room change and they got it done right away. Location is strategic, staff are friendly and helpful, room was clean and well furnished, quiete, great place to stay on the budget, looking forward for the next visit.

The rooms are spacious, clean, smell good. A sofa is provided which can be an extra bed, and there are cutlery too. It's just that the bathroom if it's muddy takes a long time to dry, but the bathroom is clean. Very friendly staff.

Spacious room, big bed, clean, there is a kitchen. The signature is the electric stove. It's great for a long stay here, near the trans studio, looking for food close by. There's only some equipment in the room that needs repair, got a room with a window facing the highway, so it's a bit disturbed by the sound of motorbikes passing by 😁 overall it's really good.
