The security is very friendly and helpful, and the front office who wears glasses is also very humble and helpful.

All the hotel staff were very kind and friendly, willing to explain the surrounding area. One of the security guards was very informative and even lent me his motorbike to explore the area. Check-in and check-out times were also flexible. The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond doubt. It was a very memorable and enjoyable stay because it felt like home. The security, receptionists, and housekeeping staff were all friendly, smiling, and informative! Such a great stay. If you need anything at the US Embassy, this is the closest accommodation and it's well worth it.

This accommodation is incredibly comfortable and very clean, my first stay here was very good, starting from the administration, staff, cleanliness, comfort, security, facilities, etc. It's just that parking for vehicles is very limited but it's still okay because the location is quite supportive if the vehicle has to be parked on the side of the road. Next time I have to stay here again, super duper recommended 👍🏻🫶🏻

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the atmosphere is comfortable and family friendly, the cleanliness is very well maintained, the amenities are quite complete. The downside is that they don't sell/provide food so you have to always buy it outside and it's a bit pricey for a guest house but it's worth it. I don't regret staying here and will come back again if I have business near the location👍🏻

Good Value. If your in the area it is a great value option. They have a little soto restaurant right down on the street for affordable breakfast etc. You can walk to supermarket restaurants and G-walk restaurant area (1 mile away) . The room is basic and simple and the bed is not super comfortable but otherwise it's fine. The wifi works good, you can watch movies from a usb if you want more than the local channels. The bathroom is nice, water is warm and you can make your own coffee in the morning. Nothing fancy, nothing luxurious but for the price it's very worth it. Staff is quiet and helpful.

Thank you, the security guard was very helpful, reminding me not to bring a bag for VISA matters, giving me suggestions on places to eat and helping me cross the road.

We were in town for an activity at the school nearby. I was able to park the car and walk to restaurants, the school, and a grocery store. As I don't know Surabaya well, when we wanted to go farther, Gojek was easier. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and they are big. The only thing, I think refilling the Freon in the AC was needed. It seemed like the AC was not cooling quite the way it should. We'll definitely stay again.
