The room features a complete refrigerator, bathtub, hot water, work desk, vanity mirror, and more. However, it would be better if the air conditioning could cool more effectively and the toilet didn't smell damp or dusty. The bathtub curtain could be cleaned more regularly to improve its appearance. We booked a non-smoking room, but an ashtray was provided in the drawer, making it a bit unclear whether the room was actually non-smoking.

The hotel has spacious rooms and a great location, close to Sarinah and Bundaran HI. Compared to the surrounding area, the price and amenities are excellent.

Since 2023, every time I come to Jakarta, I choose to stay here because it's easy to get everywhere.

This is my second time staying here, it's comfortable and the staff are friendly, and the area is close to everywhere, easy access.

The place, location, room, and service were all excellent. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't as expected; we were only given the choice of fried rice and chicken soup, with no other options. The only items on the breakfast table were tea, pastries, cut fruit, water, and orange juice.

The rooms are quite comfortable, the location is strategic, and the price is still affordable for the Wahid Hasyim area. It's just a short walk to Jalan Sabang. The location is convenient.

Overall good, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom is also spacious and quite clean. The only minus is 1, the rooms are not distinguished between smoking/non-smoking rooms, ashtrays are provided/stored in the desk drawer. As a result, cigarette smoke from other rooms enters the room, making it very uncomfortable and unhealthy for children and asthma/URTI sufferers like me. (Photo: I stuffed the door gap with tissue so that cigarette smoke from the room corridors does not enter) Suggestion, the 1st floor can be specifically designated as non-smoking rooms.

So far so good, I was able to check in early yesterday (around 1 am), the room was okay and clean, the only downside was that there were some dirt-like items on the bed that seemed to have fallen from the ceiling. The bathroom was also clean but yesterday the bathtub couldn't be used because the drain couldn't be closed (so sad but it's okay). The location is really good, in the middle of the city, not far from public transportation, and also close to a minimarket.

When you're in Jakarta, don't forget to stay at Cipta Hotel Wahid Hasyim. Welcoming staff, a clean and comfortable environment, and comfortable rooms. Affordable prices, and delicious food.
