I had a pleasant stay at Mahatma Residence. The location is strategic and easily accessible, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The bathroom drain did smell a bit off, but whenever I asked for assistance with cleaning the room or other necessities during my stay, the staff responded well. Towels weren't changed frequently, though. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and met my needs during my stay in Bali. Thank you for your service 🙏😊

Don't expect a clean, fragrant room for a cheap price. The bedsheets were dirty, the dupe/blenkit was stained, the toilet was rundown, and the shower was in need of replacement. The toilet smelled awful upon entering. And the Wi-Fi wasn't mentioned. I stayed for two nights using only data. The location is perfect for finding your destination, so it's not far away.

Always check in at Mahatma when I go to Denpasar, all the staff are very friendly from housekeeping, receptionists, security, all are humble and smile a lot.

The room was very poorly maintained, and the bathroom smelled. There were no towels in the room; I had to ask the receptionist, and even then, they took a long time to deliver them. Very disappointed with the price, which I found quite high.

Please improve your bathroom hygiene. There are plenty of good and affordable limescale removers on TikTok. If necessary, schedule a deep cleaning to maintain cleanliness.

The location was EXCELLENT for our CFD needs. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were due for a change (too small and no longer white). The bathroom could be improved by removing the limescale from the shower faucet and washing the curtain. The AC was leaking and the light above the bathroom mirror in room 307 wasn't working. Ms. Renzi (?) at Reception was VERY friendly and provided enthusiastic service. Thank you also to the other friends who made a surprise birthday party in the room.
