The room is dirty, the bathroom too. Asked the staff to clean the bathroom but they didn't come, the bed sheets are also worn out. Hopefully there will be improvements from the management.

The hotel staff is friendly but the room supervisor should check the towels and bedsheets before new customers come in. I'm embarrassed to tell you.

Stafnya ramah dan semuanya ok, kecuali bed cover yang tidak bersih dan bernoda, makan karena beberapa tamu makan di atas kasur mereka dan meninggalkan noda yang sulit dicuci, namun seharusnya bisa diperhatikan juga agar staf memasang linen yang benar-benar bersih

Receptionist 24jam, cek in jam 12 malam gak masalah dan sangat cepat prosesnya. Ada lift juga jadi gak capek naik tangga. Cuman sayang kamarnya kurang bersih, seprai bau, bantal bau, kayak gak diganti jadi masih bau keringat manusia. Ac nya gak dingin. Ada anak kecil nangis semalaman di kamar sebelah. Selebihnya oke aja.
