The bathroom smelled of urine and the walls were yellow. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and the room didn't smell good. Some of the floor tiles in front of the elevator were broken, as if they were about to open. It was scary for a child to step on them. The only plus was that we could check in half an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

Friendly staff, strategic location, close to everything. Highly recommended for those planning a trip to Malang.

Yesterday I ordered a superior room, but when I arrived there was no wardrobe or clothes hangers.

It was incredibly pleasant to find the Sunrise Hotel in Malang. Even in the middle of high season, we still got a reasonable price, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is convenient, close to Kayutangan and nearby food stalls. Keep up the great service!

Stayed for 2 nights and 2 rooms, because I brought 2 kids. Overall was good, friendly staff, food was ok (had dinner one time in the restaurant). A little bit concerned about cleanliness, some dust at the floor, bathroom, and night lamp (it might be because of less staff). As a budget-friendly hotel, it's considered good compared to other hotels in the same level in another city. Many thanks to all staff, you've been doing a great job...

The staff was very helpful, although the room floors seemed a bit rarely cleaned. But it was still a good option for a quick overnight stay, as it's close to the city center.

The staff is friendly, but the rooms are still a bit dirty. They need to be cleaned more often.

Strategic location, newly renovated hotel so it's quite fresh

A previous customer's pants were left in the room, simply tucked under the mattress. When I went to collect my items the next day, they said they weren't there, even though they were clearly in the bathroom.

It was a pleasure staying here, it was close to everywhere and there were lots of places to eat around the hotel.

The clothes hanger/clothes storage area has not been equipped since the time the hotel was named Morina to Sunrise.

The hotel is comfortable and the price is affordable

This is my umpteenth stay here. The main consideration is its strategic location, close to the station and other public facilities, perfect for those who want to explore more of Malang. Equally appealing is the hotel's spacious swimming pool. Thank you, Sunrise Hotel.
