Good service, but still much room to improve

A very comfortable and budget-friendly hotel. The food is varied daily and very tasty, even for someone from Java. Awesome.

2 star hotel with great service, I like the bathroom the most, it's clean and new, the hot water is on, and overall it's good. Improve.

The Business room is very small and the room is not soundproof at all.

The hotel is quite clean, but there are many small cockroaches around the bed. The room does not have a sink. Overall the room is quite clean. The breakfast menu is too little variety, but the taste is good.

The air conditioner is not cold enough with the large room and the hot Aceh weather.

The lobby is nice and neat. But unfortunately when you're in the room it's not the same experience. Rooms are quite small. The AC is a little noisy. The bathroom has little water. Overall the room floor looks like an old hotel that is not well maintained.

Good facilities but the water in the shower is small for the 4th floor.

Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast didn't have enough vegetarian choices. My request for a room on a higher floor was not followed. Nevertheless, I had a nice stay at that hotel and can recommend it.

Lokasi hotel strategis untuk keperluan saya di Aceh. Karyawan ramah. Kendala di head shower air panas tidak keluar, hanya di keran bawah, sudah dicoba karyawan tetapi tetap tidak bisa. AC sempat masalah tidak dingin, setelah diberitahu langsung ditindaklanjuti jadi dingin. Hotel, kamar bersih, nyaman.

I stayed only for one night transit after field work. Although the building is side by side with others and you may stay without panoramic window, the room is quite comfortable and clean, breakfast was modest but ok

The shower water is not hot, even though the rates are > 500 K.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. Wifi works well. Breakfast is also fine.

I had an unpleasant experience while staying here, I already made a booking through the application, and when I checked in the hotel said it was not on behalf of my order, after straightening it out for an hour and contacting the travel agent, it turned out that my order had been in since I made the payment. But the receptionist carelessly continued to say there was no incoming email for my order from the application, imagine I brought guests from Jakarta for almost an hour I couldn't check in, because of the hotel's carelessness, lastly I booked this hotel, not really a recommendation.
