The smell of cigarette smoke is very strong in the lobby and in the room. Can't get the WiFi password. The mattress is not hard or soft, it feels like sleeping on the floor, the blanket smells.

It's too noisy at night, we want to rest at bedtime, there are still people who are noisy, chatting outside is too crowded, so it uses hours of sleep.
