Okay, great service, I'll stay here again sometime.

easy access, all friendly staff... need something immediately responded, cold AC, clear TV, fairly complete channels but not yet smart TV, fairly clean room, cleanliness and tidiness of the room need to be improved, bathroom equipment, towels, etc. are available. the swimming pool can be for children and adults, but the pool water is not very clean, it must be cleaned often. quite complete amenities, my deluxe room without a balcony has no refrigerator. The bathtub tap water has dirt like sand or dirt, can't be used for soaking in the bathtub, at most I use a shower, the water heater turns on when it's noon, it doesn't turn on in the morning. the bathtub and sink water heaters work well, the water is on, but the water is not clear, a little yellow. the view I like, the rocky river that can be seen from above near the swimming pool, the environment is clean from outside to the area around the resort, because there are cleaning staff who seem to be on duty every shift to clean. if you want to look for food outside, you can walk about 200-300 meters to the highway, there are Alfamart and Indomaret on the right and left of the road. there is a souvenir center not far from the alley into the resort. Overall it's nice, but the cleanliness and tidiness of the room and the cleanliness of the swimming pool need to be improved. I'll stay here again sometime. Thank you.

The hotel is quite close to the Sederet Cimory river, there is a swimming pool for children. Enter the hotel through a small alley. The cleanliness of the room is lacking, there are many nests on the lights and walls, there are ants in the bathroom and the bathroom door makes a sound (a bit difficult to close)

The accommodation is quite comfortable and quiet from noise.

First time staying here, the atmosphere is good for healing, close to Cimory land. For the size of the room is quite large with a bathtub but when we stayed there were lots of red ants on the bed, maybe because the hotel is old and when we stayed there we were the only ones there. For the friendliness of the staff, they are very friendly and there are few staff so they should be added more with an area as wide as this prima resort hotel. For breakfast, even though you only get fried rice, it tastes really good. For cleanliness, the swimming pool is very clean and the garden area is also clean and there is a small river underneath

for the first time review after staying wkwk the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, the room is quite spacious, close to the highway so it's easy to buy food or go anywhere. just remembered the fd left behind when it was already night and contacted the resort number immediately very fast response. thank you next time want to stay again🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, close to Cimory Dairyland, just a short walk to Dairyland, it's really cool.

Got a room in the old building, so it felt creepy. Hot water and small water. But close to Cimory Dairyland. Not bad for just sleeping.

This is my second time staying here, the place is comfortable, but yesterday I got a room with a single bed, even though I asked for a queen bed, the AC is not cold enough, the TV is still a tube TV which sometimes doesn't get a signal..

This is a hotel that my junior high school student recommended. Overall, I like all the services, the place is good, like the room, the swimming pool, the hotel area. It's also close to the main road, and at night you can go out and hang out while buying snacks. Next time, I want to stay again in a different room.

For the food, there are additional variations of bread and fruit.

For the additional menu, add more, not just fried rice, there should be fruits and bread. Please add more variations.
