I will not choose this resort again, yesterday because I ran out of hotels. From the first time I arrived, I was disappointed because it was written in the request that the connecting room, but instead it was upstairs and downstairs, knowing that 1 room was enough because 1 room was occupied by the elderly and children, it was dangerous right... Then the first floor room was leaking in the corner and was very dusty, the electric kettle was not given a new and dry one but there was water filled with the previous guest's water it seemed, then the complaint was a bit slow to respond, the public facilities needed maintenance because it couldn't be used optimally, the edge of the pool was mossy and the water was cloudy and not clear. In the bathroom, the water was also yellow... And the worst thing was that during breakfast you were not allowed to add even just a fried egg, this is the first time I found a hotel for breakfast like getting a box of rice is limited, the choices were only mediocre fried rice, fried noodles, fried eggs, toast with only chocolate and pineapple jam that was made by myself, green bean porridge and other orange drinks and coffee tea were normal. The staff are friendly except during breakfast... And the cleanliness is not taken care of, the floors that have been muddy from guests swimming in the corridors of the rooms are not immediately mopped, it is dangerous to slip, the cleaning staff are never seen... Ahhh never mind this short story because I am so disappointed.

Thank God, our staycation there was a really nice hotel. The service was quite satisfactory, and my kids were very happy. I'd love to stay there again next time I go on vacation.

Found out about this resort through TikTok and booked it through the app. Checked in during a long weekend. Arrived around 3 PM. Checked in the bathroom, only one towel was available and the floor was still wet, causing my child to slip. Called the receptionist to ask for another towel and a mat, but they were still drying. An hour later, the towels and mat were delivered. The receptionist was very friendly. Booked well in advance to request a poolside room with twin beds, and they were indeed given one. The breakfast menu wasn't varied, but it was quite good. The view here is beautiful, you can see the river, there is a swimming pool, and the sound of birds makes it comfortable. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, the only suggestion is that the bathroom be dried as much as possible before new guests enter the room. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is also intermittent. Thank you

Not comfortable & very poor cleanliness, toilet smells of urine

Upon arrival: 1. No bath towels. After complaining, one was delivered with instructions that another would be coming, but by the time we checked out, it was still missing. 2. The toilet mat was wet. 3. The shower was broken, and the staff finally managed to fix it by using a plastic wedge. 4. I booked a pool view room with a queen bed well in advance. I got a parking lot view with a double single bed. 5. I requested a room change, but the staff explained that they had knocked on the room and called but there was no answer. My whole family was waiting for news from the staff in the room, conscious, not asleep or even unconscious. 6. The balcony area, sheets, sink, toilet, and pillows were dirty. 7. The room leaked when it rained. 8. The food was mediocre. 9. There was only one balcony chair instead of two, and when asked about it, they said, "I don't know." 10. The electric kettle was dirty and still had water in it. We hope this short review inspires the management or those who plan to stay here.

The hotel staff was friendly, but we didn't get slippers. The TV was still a tube, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. When we tried to fill the bathtub in the morning, there wasn't much hot water, so we only used about a quarter of the bath. Other than that, it was fine.

This is my second stay here. It's a peaceful, serene place, right next to Cimory and close to other tourist attractions. Spacious rooms with bathtubs, a swimming pool, ample parking, and the sound of the flowing water in the back of the river. The view is even more beautiful.

The most unpleasant trip, from the towels not being in the room, when asked for them they were told they weren't dry yet...??? It's strange, in my opinion, the hotel doesn't have any in stock. There was no bathroom mat, so the room was wet. The bed sheets were torn. The room was dark.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was good. The only thing lacking was the breakfast, which had very little variety.
