The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. The room itself seemed small, but otherwise, it was very nice. The view was attractive and the cleanliness was well-maintained.

The location is in the heart of Bogor. Please pay attention to room cleanliness; we found Tomcat insects on the floor. The food is quite varied. There's an indoor swimming pool, a children's playroom, a gym, and massage services.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Close to the city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is also delicious.

The room smelled a bit musty. I chose the same room because the last time I stayed there, it smelled nice. Maybe in the future, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Other than that, everything was good! Thank you.

The hotel is quite clean and pleasant. Motorcycle access to the lobby is a must, considering we can now use motorcycle taxis.

We loved the location of the hotel as it is at the lively Padjajaran street and walking distance from two malls, just across the famous Kebon Raya Bogor. So it is nice to just walk around the area. The superior room we stayed in was spacious but unfortunately there were some ants which got inside our food as there was no refrigerator (available only in higher type of room). We stayed during the day the neighboring football club won the championship where people all around celebrated till very late night and their voices were heard loudly, probably due to not sufficient soundproofing. The breakfast was quite standard but still pretty nice. Overall an OK enough stay which could have been better if we chose a different room type and not facing the main street where soundproofing is essential.

Strategically located on Jl. Pajajaran, close to malls and food courts. It offers a varied breakfast menu, an indoor pool, gym, spa, and rooftop views of the sunset, botanical gardens, city, and mountains. A deposit is required if you stay here.

This is my second stay. It's a kids-friendly hotel with easy access to everything. The indoor pool is a plus, keeping the kids comfortable and protected from the rain and heat. I'll be a repeat guest in the future.

Easy to go everywhere. - Front Office: Friendly and I was allowed to check in early. - Room: In my opinion it is a bit smaller than a 3 star hotel and the bathroom because it uses yellow lights gives a rather dark impression (with the same type of room) -Facilities: The indoor swimming pool is safe for children who swim because it is not exposed to sunlight, the prayer room is okay but the road to the prayer room because it passes through the area for functions or meetings so it is closed because no one uses it. - Breakfast: The variety of food is not much and some of the food is a bit salty.

Highly recommended, central location close to everywhere (Botani Mall), very friendly staff, delicious breakfast & lots of choices, cold AC.

It was a headache but finally decided to stay 2 nights in a row and asked for 1 to be canceled because the days were also quite different. Thank God today it has been refunded. The staff is friendly, on the 2nd day asked for a change of mat, blanket and towel because it was uncomfortable staying in the room, thank God they immediately replaced it, the swimming pool is nice and comfortable, there is a children's pool, complete with toys and bean bags which is one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. But the water is very cold for adults, it's nice and refreshing, yesterday we were the only ones swimming so it was nice and free. The pool water is also nice, it doesn't sting the nose and is still comfortable on the hair.
