Extraordinary experience staying in close proximity to many wild animals. The facilities are great. We also tried the waterpark and it was really fun. Keep up the good job. For those who plan to visit TSI, you should purchase your ticket here at the hotel.

To bring children here, it's a great one-stop hotel. There's a swimming pool that sometimes has snow, which is really fun. There's a bird show where the MC is very communicative with the children. The animals are also beautiful. This hotel is complete, you don't need to worry about where to go.

The sound quality is a bit lacking... I was a bit disturbed by the crying of a small child next door, which could be heard all the way to the room and I couldn't get toiletries such as toothbrushes and other things...

Stayed during the school holidays, full, crowded, service was okay, overall good.. it was just a quiet night with no events even though the hotel was busy. Breakfast was so-so, just surprised that first we were asked to go to the upstairs breakfast room, only sat down for 20 minutes and then we were asked to move downstairs..🙂🙂..because the upstairs room had to be closed..

It was so much fun staying here, the kids didn't want to go home because there were so many activities. The food was just so-so and there wasn't much variety. The bathroom couldn't be locked and was a bit difficult to close. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

I was very happy to be able to stay here. The hotel is comfortable, and there are many facilities within the hotel area that are suitable for families. Especially staying in the Panda area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I was really satisfied❤. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also very good. Recommended for a family hotel.

I took a deluxe room, but there were no towels, no standby, and the bathroom and toilet were not very clean. But the good thing about this hotel is that it's on the roadside, so it's easy to access.
