So far, this is my favorite hotel that I have stayed in during my stay at Puncak. The room is clean and not scary, the AC is really cold, the facilities are complete, in my opinion the outdoor area is well-arranged, the swimming pool is really good because it is under the trees so it is not exposed to too much sun. There is only 1 question, is there a ball field that big? If there is not, maybe it can be improved by providing supporting facilities for the sports arena. So far, it is very comfortable, maybe it will be a destination to stay again if I go to Puncak

The receptionist is very friendly and the staff is very helpful, if needed.
