Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, varied and delicious food, friendly staff, clean and large swimming pool... the family is very happy.

It seems like the sheets haven't been changed so they smell and are dirty, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC isn't cold, there aren't many choices for breakfast.

Elevator drama, the elevator is working but can't be tapped to go up/down the floor, and the management takes a long time to handle it, strangely there are no stairs to go up/down (only the 1st and 2nd floors) and there are no stairs at all, what if there is an emergency..

Comfortable, first time staying, the room is spacious.

The receptionist was friendly, even though after checking out, we left our suitcases there for quite a long time from noon until evening.

The noise was still loud outside, no parking ticket was given, so we could leave freely. We were never checked, and the staff was unfriendly. The water was a bit sticky, and the bathroom drain was clogged. It was an uncomfortable first time staying here.

Stayed here for around 5 days. Staff are nice, strategic location, and comfortable.

Second time staying here, the room atmosphere is quite nice but the plug for the hot water kettle is far from the table. The cleanliness is also quite good, but the noise from outside is still audible and a little noisy. For breakfast, the menu has not changed and the taste is ordinary.

Staying here was comfortable, most importantly the swimming pool was cool, the kids were happy, next time I will go there again for a vacation.

All the staff were very friendly, from security to the hotel staff. There was only a small issue: a water bottle was half full when I first checked in. The lighting was dim, perfect for those who want to truly rest.

The two of us stayed in room 528. When we opened the room, the AC and lights were already on, maybe the cleaning staff forgot to remove the access card when they finished cleaning room 528, I was happy because I didn't have to wait for the AC to cool down again. Checking the sheets under the pillow, it turned out there were shoe marks, at first I wanted to ask for a change of sheets, but I just let it be, I didn't mind. When I went to bed at night, the room was dark, only the bathroom light was on, in the middle of the night, we both had a nightmare, it felt like an old man had entered room 528, but his face was not visible, while my friend also had a dream that there was a man walking from the door to the sofa and sitting on the sofa, walking past our bed, finally we slept with the lights on brightly, whether it was just our feelings or there was something in the room, I don't know.
