The hotel's location is excellent, being in the city center, but I found it a bit unsanitary. Upon entering, I encountered cockroaches and an unpleasant odor (smoking).

Although the hotel looks old, it's well-equipped with excellent rooms, food, cleanliness, and service. The room lights are a bit dim, though.

The room was located on the third floor, accessed by stairs; there was no elevator, making it somewhat difficult for elderly people. The room and waiting area were unfriendly and hot. We booked through the app, but were given basic room amenities.

It's okay for a short stay, but the bed isn't very comfortable.

The building is a bit dated, but still quite clean and well-maintained. The staff is quite friendly. The breakfast menu is very minimalistic. For just a place to sleep while on vacation, it's fine.

Everything is fine, but please improve the cleanliness of the mattresses. Wash them at least once a month.

Everything is ok, but there is no lift. Hopefully there will be a lift in the future. It would be a shame if we brought our parents.

Thank you Hotel Augusta, all the staff were kind and friendly, the soto and sambal were delicious, and breakfast was included for a low price.

The vibe is very homey. Not fancy, but warm, and the service is fast. It's a shame there's no Wi-Fi, and breakfast is just average.

The hospitality is quite good, but the cleanliness, room facilities, etc. need to be rejuvenated.

Thank you Augusta Hotel Bandung, from the beginning I wanted to book on the upper floor but was told to stay on the lower floor, then the bed smelled like pandan and there were still marks on the blanket. Then the wifi from the room was not connected, far from the snack seller. Other than that, the hotel receptionist was friendly and good.

The location is quite strategic, the rooms are quite comfortable, only the wifi can only be accessed in the lobby and dining room, the TV picture is messy
