The hotel's most standard room is cramped, likely because it's for transit. It's located at the back of the second floor. The ventilation is obstructive, allowing drafts to enter. However, the Heritage Hotel's ambiance is very strong and inviting.

I prefer a room that is close to the lobby area and not the one behind the corridor, the room is clean and the roomboy service staff is very nice and helpful, but the female receptionist is not very friendly and not pleasant. Please pay attention when welcoming guests.

A pleasant experience staying at Hotel Riche Malang, very close to Kadjoetangan and Malang town square. The room is also good, even the television is a smart TV. In addition, the service is good, you can leave your luggage at the receptionist, you can order breakfast (sandwiches or toast) to be given at night to take away to Bromo and the security is also very friendly. The food is also delicious and changes every day. However, the only drawback is the bathroom which emits an unpleasant odor, probably from the drain. Overall, it's a pleasant experience.

Very comfortable, close to everywhere & friendly staff plus there is already Android TV.

Location is good. A lot of restaurants and good for walking around. Staffs are friendly. One thing bad was the toilet handle was broken. The maintenance guy tried to fix it but still not working. He asked if I want to move to different room but I didn't move because I will check out tomorrow morning so no need to move all my stuffs.

I went on a solo trip here, it was noted that I asked for a single bed only but because it was a long weekend they said the twin beds were full, so if you want to bring family or friends, this is worth it because it's cheap and has strategic access. For the mattress, I complained and asked for a replacement sheet because it seemed like it had never been replaced and was moldy, I was afraid it would stick to the moldy wall. I wanted to change it when I complained but because I wanted to rest, I asked for it in the morning when I wasn't at the hotel, but it turned out the hotel staff forgot, so when I got home the other bed still had a moldy sheet and the request to refill the soap wasn't filled either, luckily I brought my personal soap. If asked whether I would come back or not, I don't think so.

Strategic location, near the town square, many places to eat around the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The staff is friendly, the bed, sheets, pillows, blankets are clean, the bathroom and towels are clean. Unfortunately the old model floor looks a bit dirty, and the AC doesn't feel cold at all.
