A perfect place to relax.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. It's perfect for small families. The environment is comfortable and away from the noise.

Staff was very friendly and caring, especially two men in the front office. However, the standard of preparing meals should be reviewed, since on day 1 and day 2 breakfast, I ordered the same meal but found inconsistency in preparing it. From the cutting of the sausages, vegetables, and the taste of the main dish itself.

It's already very cold without air conditioning, so why not bring a jacket? The atmosphere is beautiful, cool, and full of trees.

The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were spacious, the staff were all friendly, and everything was clean, including the toilets. The food was delicious, and you get free guava juice when you order from the restaurant. The mattress smelled good, and the TV worked well. However, it was unfortunate that some guests were smoking in the hallway in front of their rooms.

The food is not very good, just fried rice, kwetiau, and fried eggs. It doesn't taste good. The dessert is just black sticky rice but it doesn't taste good. The staff is not friendly, especially the staff at the restaurant. The hot water doesn't turn on, there is no AC.

There were no pastries either, just black sticky rice porridge that tasted strange. The room had no hot water and no air conditioning. For the price, I didn't think it was worth it.

The staff was friendly, and the room was neat and clean. The mattress, however, had a rather high pillow, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. There's a water dispenser in the hallway. You can sunbathe on the terrace in the morning and afternoon, facing the room, but the nice thing about being downstairs is that you can directly access the cool, fresh garden.

We stayed off-season, so our breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather a menu. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. It came complete with mineral water, a selection of drinks, and fruit. The prices were also reasonable.

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel grounds makes for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location, which isn't on the edge of the city, actually makes it more comfortable. The karaoke room should be soundproofed to avoid disturbing guests seeking peace and quiet.

Pretty good for a family vacation

The hotel staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was quite comfortable. The rooms were large. A pool for both children and adults would be even better!
