The room is spacious and comfortable, I have stayed here twice. Recommendation for the bedroom

the male staff's speech is not good in the lobby there are many men whose gazes are not pleasant

the most comfortable place in SE Padang city, I as a Pekanbaru person feel comfortable when staying here. keep up the friendly service

the food variety is very lacking.. the taste is just ordinary..

Overall staffs was friendly. The family type room that was booked was not pleasant to stay. Room not sound proof and inside can smells smoke all over the place. The door lock is broken. I hope the hotel management must do something about it.

My experience while staying at the Mariani Hotel was good, my only suggestion is that it would be better if there was a swimming pool there, because if there is, people who stay there bring their big families so their children want to swim, so they don't have to go far to swim anymore

A good hotel and suitable for families, the location is very strategic and close to the city center. Everywhere is close and easy to access

The hotel staff is friendly, we can check in before 2 o'clock.

Facilities, staff, location and many things are satisfying. But for breakfast the menu could perhaps be made more varied, because yesterday we stayed there for 2 weeks so the breakfast menu bored us because it was the same every day. But other than that it's okay.

Pintu utama dan pintu kamar mandi tidak berfungsi dengan baik serta AC tidak dingin.

The facilities must be updated, starting from the bed, bathroom (shower, etc.) in essence must be renovated.

Vehicle parking is a mess, no one manages it.

The watch was left in the room, the house keeping who found the watch was not honest. AC is hot and flooded.

Pegawainya ramah dan baik sih, pelayanan lumayan lah, kalau masalah sarana dan prasarana kamarnya serta kebersihan kamar sesuai harga lah.

Pelayanannya tidak mengenakkan, kemaren saya persen kamar lewat aplikasi, pas saya ke hotelnya langsung aja pihak hotel bilang kalo belum masuk pesanannya. Sebenarnya kan bisa dijelasin dengan baik-baik, ini malah marah-marah aja bapak itu cara ngomongnya. Dia bilang belum masuk, terus saya tungguin hampir 1 jam, terus aku nanya lagi. Dan lagi-lagi bapak itu marah-marah cara ngomongnya. Habis kejadian ini saya jadi kapok nginap di sana next time.

Kegiatan di atas kamar terlalu mengganggu dan berisik sehingga tidak bisa tidur. Bos Widi. Hendak bisa mmperhatikan ini.
