Clean, cheap, delicious, worth it for those who want to stay for a while in Semarang.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The bathroom was spotless. I'll stay here again soon.

The 2nd floor is apparently better than the 1st floor, so you get a bit of a view but it's okay, only the water heater takes a while to heat up at night.

I stayed during the GIIAS event yesterday. The hotel is old, but very clean. I stayed in a deluxe room, and all the buttons, faucets in the bathroom, and the room worked perfectly. The AC was cold, the TV was on, the Wi-Fi was good, and the water was hot. It was well worth the price. I may have overslept on breakfast, having arrived at the restaurant at 9 a.m., so most of the food was already sold out. I got free snacks and cold drinks in my room.

A cockroach fell from the AC. When I was about to take a shower, a cockroach clung to the shower curtain. I ended up buying Baygon and air freshener.

I've stayed here twice, and thankfully, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. Don't expect a huge breakfast variety, but overall, it's worth it. The small playground also adds value for families with small children.

The hotel staff is friendly, online reservation is easy, trustworthy, clean, near the pool, nice view... next time I want to go back to block C... maybe it's time to change the towels... but overall the Plaza Hotel is really good.

This hotel is large, but unfortunately, it's not well maintained. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and smelly. It needs to be replaced or completely removed. The carpet in the hallways is also very dirty, and the lighting is dim, making it feel eerie. Breakfast is also very basic for a 3-star hotel, even though the location is very strategic. What a shame.

Everything was great. The downside was that the hotel staff didn't help with luggage, even though it's a star-rated hotel, not quite a guesthouse. And there's no elevator.
