Friendly and informative service, when there is a problem is also quick. So far it has been good and comfortable while staying here. But there are some things that need to be noted, namely the room is not very soundproof, such as music or conversations from the next room that can penetrate the room. The toilet is quite clean and functions well, however when you want to take a shower at night, sometimes the hot water has to wait a few minutes when used, maybe around 15 minutes or more, but it's okay.. Worth it for those looking for accommodation in the Tembalang area. Also, if I may give a suggestion, can be given air freshener when customers want to check in, to make it more comfortable :) For car parking, you can park in front of the room door. So it's not too far when you get to the parking lot, this is specifically for the standard room, maybe other types of rooms are the same. Hopefully they can be consistent in terms of room cleanliness, thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly and very quiet. I've stayed here many times.

Perhaps the furniture and room ambiance could be refurbished, as well as additional activities for children to make the hotel more appealing. With its strategic location and numerous dining options, it would be a shame to not maximize these facilities. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

When I checked in, I was a bit surprised when the lady said the room was in a separate area at the back, so I took the key and then got back into the car. It turns out this seems to be a new building, the building is still new, clean, and nice. The car parked right in front of the room, very comfortable. And in front of it was a beautiful new swimming pool. Bringing the kids was super happy...

A great hotel choice in Semarang. Parking is right in front of the hotel rooms, making it feel like a cottage.

The hotel staff allowed early check-in due to room availability. The kids enjoyed the bathtub, swimming pool, and breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms have a shower. In front of the room is a garden and a swimming pool. Clean water and plenty of power outlets are available on almost every side, making it easy to charge your phone and your child's phone. Twin beds can accommodate four people, two adults and two children. Welcome snacks are also provided. Breakfast is SNI-compliant, and there's a children's playground next to the restaurant. For this price, it's quite affordable and well worth it.
