Everything was great. The downside was that the hotel staff didn't help with luggage, even though it's a star-rated hotel, not quite a guesthouse. And there's no elevator.

For a hotel it is clean and quite good.

Overall, it's very good, worth the price. However, the internet isn't great; it would be nice if it could be improved to be as stable as other hotels. Also, be prepared to hear the sholawat (prayer) at full volume next door, as there's a Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) mosque. Soundproofing the room would be a good idea.

For Undip exams, this is the best accommodation option for getting to the Tembalang campus. Excellent and friendly service at affordable prices.

The check-in process was very easy and fast, the hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, it was very close to the Undip campus where I happened to be staying for my child's UTBK test, and there were lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Highly recommended.

Everything is comfortable from the staff to the service.

We booked a room on the ground floor, directly overlooking the parking lot. It's very convenient if you need to go back and forth to the car to get things. The atmosphere is also quiet even though it's on a main road. The price is very reasonable for a spacious room. Please provide a plug for the kettle on the main table, as we had to plug it into the nightstand yesterday. 2. A socket for the bedside table could be added, as there's only one hole in the middle between the double beds.

The hotel is comfortable and you can request a room with a garage, it's the hotel of choice if you're in Semarang.

I'm a regular stayer here. The hotel is homey, the staff is helpful and friendly, and there's a water gallon in front of the room. There's a swimming pool, a children's playground, a hangout spot, a gym, and a Pilates center. The breakfast is delicious, though not very varied, but it's delicious. The rooms are clean, with a free snack bar and a refrigerator. The hotel is comfortable. Thank you Plaza Hotel, maintain or improve the quality. I'll definitely stop by here again if I'm in Semarang.

The food variety is very limited and many are empty when it comes to eating.

My favorite hotel. If I go to Semarang, I definitely stay here. The hotel is homey, clean, and quite complete, with facilities such as a swimming pool, children's playground, and a pilates gym. The location is very strategic, there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel, next to the Richeese Hotel. The service is good, the staff are friendly, the food is quite tasty, although not very varied. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a refrigerator (not a chiller), and there is a bathtub in the deluxe room. The kids are happy and comfortable staying here.

Friendly and informative service, when there is a problem is also quick. So far it has been good and comfortable while staying here. But there are some things that need to be noted, namely the room is not very soundproof, such as music or conversations from the next room that can penetrate the room. The toilet is quite clean and functions well, however when you want to take a shower at night, sometimes the hot water has to wait a few minutes when used, maybe around 15 minutes or more, but it's okay.. Worth it for those looking for accommodation in the Tembalang area. Also, if I may give a suggestion, can be given air freshener when customers want to check in, to make it more comfortable :) For car parking, you can park in front of the room door. So it's not too far when you get to the parking lot, this is specifically for the standard room, maybe other types of rooms are the same. Hopefully they can be consistent in terms of room cleanliness, thank you.
