Very rigid management. Requests for extra bets or even a change of bed are impossible.

One of the best hotels and I have stayed there since 2006 until now.... Silvya is the best....

Still comfortable with big room and bed

The hotel is very comfortable... It's also clean... The food is delicious, and the pool area is fun for the kids. Next time, I'll stay here again.

The staff was friendly, the room was big and also the bed. And plus they have a smoking room option, so I could smoke inside the room. Also, they've got the basement parking too. So overall, the experience is good.

I have stayed here several times but this time I was disappointed. Previously I booked a deluxe room with a large bed but when I checked in it turned out to be empty (only the double bed was left) I was disappointed but the receptionist immediately changed it to a king size room on the 5th floor without any additional money. But the receptionist gave a mysterious smile that made my heart start to feel uncomfortable. Heading to the room (around 23:00 WITA) through the hallway and got lost because the direction of the sign was to the left but instead there was a meeting room. Turned around again and it turned out the hallway to the room was there. How come the direction of the sign should be to the right but why is it to the left? The feeling became even more uncomfortable. While packing up my things suddenly there was a sound like a chair being moved or something, the sound was very disturbing even after taking a shower and lying down the sound did not stop. I wanted to go to the receptionist to ask for a room change but my energy was no longer able to. Fix I can't sleep well because the sound is disturbing until 01.30 WITA finally fell asleep because of exhaustion and woke up at 08.00 WITA because of the disturbing sound again. It's really very disturbing even though usually when I sleep in a deluxe room I never hear the disturbing sound. I have paid via Traveloka, meaning the room has been booked for that day but why when I arrived the room I paid for was not there? not to mention the towels in the bathroom are not standard sizes. How come for a room as good as that the towels can only cover 3/4 of the body? please improve the service. Today I didn't eat breakfast because my sleep quality was disturbed even though I had also paid for breakfast. Please eliminate the sound and the standard towels. The TV channels are mediocre because many are blurry, and the AC is not cold (maybe it hasn't been cleaned for a long time). Customers choose to return there because of good memories and pleasant experiences. Hopefully next time will be better.

Good hotel in Kupang City, spacious and clean rooms, delicious food and lots of variety.
