The hotel is large and spacious, with a rather long way down to the entrance. Checking in was a bit confusing because the receptionist was far back, even though there was a reception desk at the front but it was unmanned. I was confused, so I asked the person staying there and they told me where the receptionist was. I ordered a breakfast box because I had to leave the hotel very early, but the food wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait. Overall, it's quite okay for a 1-2 day stay, but if you're just looking for a one-night stay and want to be compact, there might be other, more comfortable options.

The beachfront location and proximity to Sylvia Hill make it a very strategic location. Awesome.

The hotel is located a bit far from town, about 10-15 minutes by car/motorcycle. However, the view in front of the hotel is beautiful, especially at sunset. The front desk doesn't answer the phone and is slow to respond to chats and social media. Breakfast has a wide selection. My room's electricity went out on the first day when I turned on the hair dryer. The staff is friendly.

Comfortable and affordable hotel.. There is a children's and adult swimming pool.. Feels like a private resort.. Exiting the room directly to the beach so the concept is indeed a private beach and resort so there is no need to worry about children swimming and playing on the beach and we as parents only check occasionally so we can focus while working or doing other activities.. The food in the restaurant is delicious and suits our taste.. The service is also friendly.. Keep it up.. Always be successful Sylvia Hotel Komodo
