Very good private villa.. Will be back again

The villa itself is really nice, and the atmosphere is also great. The service could use some more attention.

We love this villa, really private and peaceful. From the security, front office, and the customer service, they were awesome. Breakfast was really good. We are happy, no complaints at all. We'll be back again. Keep up the good work 👍 Hey, I love the little bucket flowers 🌺.

Super clean and very homey. Spacious. Breakfast is also varied. Hopefully I can go to Umalas again next year😍. The most important thing is to bring a "safe" baby because in the previous villa my child screamed in the middle of the night

Very different service and hospitality dengan yang di seminyak, nice ambience l, clean but customer service is very bad, padahal saya pelanggan sejak lama dan tiap ke bali sebisa mungkin menyempatkan stay di Maca, kami membayar dan juga mungkin karena kami local tourist diperlakukan berbeda. For who served while check in-check out better training lebih manner dan sopan for local tourist. Sangat annoying & tidak sabar. And menu variation for breakfast sangat sedikit terbatas dan under expectation.

Incredible, my husband and I give a 10/10 rating. The food in the restaurant is complete, large portions, tastes good. The villa is comfortable and spacious. Service all very friendly and polite. Thanks Maca Villas always success.

When boking ordered that one bed room was about 1 month ago from the online application and when I checked in it turned out that the one bed room was full (I was already boking from 1 1/2 months ago) and upgraded to 3 cm bed room which was in open only 1 room and 2 rooms are locked. Then I asked for one more room to be opened (to a total of 2 rooms) and no mention will be charged extra person ... Sy cm asked and asked for this free and one of the mods promised I was free to open 1 more room ... But right tomorrow morning after breakfast it turns out that one of the other mods came to me and informed me that I would be charged an extra person for 650rb per night (I stayed 3 nights in this villa). He reasoned that this was known by management and he said that the first mod x accepted me and gave me free I didn't understand and didn't understand .. Well why didn't I understand and didn't understand could be made into a mod alias manager of duty .. That position didn't playing for business in villa and hotel (tourism). And if you can be honest, the room reads my villa more comfortably, the one bed room from the 3 bed room is too big and seems scary at night .. What else in the 3 bed room the water and shower faucets have all died ... For breakfast very very uneasy .. Honestly I'm very disappointed with maca umalas villa and sorry that I chose maca umalas villa as a place to stay for my little family vacation 🙏
