Thank you very much for your staff's service and your experience staying at Hotel Mirah Bogor.
Allow me to provide some feedback on hotel operations.
Overall, this hotel is luxurious, with a pleasant-smelling lobby, well-furnished furniture, good room quality, and a warm welcome from the staff, especially Guest Service, Engineering, and Housekeeping. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.
Several things need to be fixed and improved:
1. When I entered, there was still hair and dust on the floor.
2. I requested a room recleaning, and thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, after the recleaning process, when I entered the room, I found insects still on the bed and on the floor. The housekeeping staff did a good job; you, the leaders, can better ensure room cleanliness and readiness.
3. Signed fire extinguishers and instructions for use are missing.
4. Safety lifeguards at the swimming pool (lifebuoys) are provided in the children's pool.
5. Corridor windows: Suggest locking or installing window restrictors. Safety prevention is better before an accident occurs.
6. The omelet-making process by the trainee staff took too long.
7. The room TV isn't yet a smart/Android TV. We suggest upgrading it.
8. There's no connecting access for motorcycle parking, and access to the main lobby is difficult during heavy rain.
