Breakfast: all off-menu is great, there is a fish menu, it's rare for a hotel like Maxone to have a fish menu. Room: maybe they could spray it with a soft and fragrant fragrance, so when you first check-in and open the door it can lift your mood. Maybe my nose is sensitive, yesterday when I opened the door when I first checked in it felt damp, or there was a kind of smell of renovation... Luckily it disappeared after a while 👍. Restaurant: this is one of the ones I want to come back to, masha Allah alhamdulillah.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and access was easy. This was my second stay at the Maxone Hotel Tidar Surabaya.

New experience, got a hotel that is close to culinary spots and Tunjungan Plaza. The area around the hotel is full of culinary options, just choose what you want to eat. Friendly service, clean room, clean bathroom, complete amenities. Got a welcome drink coupon at the sky rooftop. Enjoying coffee while admiring the Surabaya city view at night.

(+) Location is very strategic. It is near the city center and other Surabaya landmarks such as Jalan Tunjungan, Embong Malang, Tunjungan Plaza, Tugu Pahlawan and Stasiun Pasar Turi. The room is spacious and clean. Wifi connectivity is stable. Things to consider (I already informed this to the reception desk): The room is not that soundproof, bear this in mind if you want to do something so loud inside the room, a person next door probably will hear you. The position of the power plug is somehow strange. My room has this mini table to put a coffee and tea maker, but also can be used for a working space, but I found the position of the power plug is a bit far and not that strategic if I want to charge my laptop or tablet while working on that desk.
