An excellent budget hotel in my opinion. Affordable price, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, strategic location with many delicious food stalls around. Outdoor lobby with a variety of drinks in the refrigerator, ice cream, ATM, and coworking space. Highly recommended place if visiting SBY👍👍

Really like staying at this hotel. The price is cheap, the service and facilities are okay, close to Tunjungan Plaza and the location is also very strategic, next to the main road. Next time if you want to go to Surabaya again, you must stay here again 🫶😁

The staff is very nice and friendly. I left my suitcase in the hotel lobby, it was kept by the friendly hotel staff 🙏🏻 yesterday stayed in a family room, the kids were very happy staying at Maxone Tidar. Really family friendly. Thank you

In total we stayed 9 nights, staff are outstanding, from reception, HK, security, and team at restaurant. We were here for my parents' therapy, both need wheelchair assistance, I need to extend my gratitude to Ms. Salsa at reception, as she guided us to see the room to give my parents assurance that the room is suitable for them. HK team gave us an additional chair to assist my parents in the bathroom. Also Ms. Mani at the restaurant, for assistance during breakfast. Really grateful for all your services. Well done guys!

Great hotel, clean, very friendly staff

The hotel staff are friendly, the receptionist is very nice. Can give early check in. The hotel is clean, the hot water is okay. The security is also friendly and very helpful.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel room is clean, near food stalls, not far from Pasar Turi Train Station. Very strategic and recommended.

The lobby is comfortable, the Front Office is friendly. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is also clean.

Check in before time and the staff is nicely helpful. Hungry when you arrive, just go out, lots of choices of food from Bebek Sinjay to Bakmi Jakarta. Very strategic, if you want to go to TP, you can just walk, and of course Mlalu Mlaku Nang Jalan Tunjungan is easy to access. The downside is, there are no vitras on the room curtains, so when you open the curtains it's not comfortable, if you close them the room becomes very dim. Maybe you can give them some, or add more lighting to the room so it's not too dark. overall it's really worth it..
