Overall it was ok, the funny thing was the restaurant, I requested: 3 white omelets into 1... the answer was "no" because the eggs were already mixed. This is really funny 😅

Okay poll, friendly and clean, the AC was already on before we arrived so when we entered it was already cold.

A regular, I always stay at MaxOne wherever they are in the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with complete amenities and a comprehensive breakfast menu.

Overall is good. I will be back when I visit Surabaya again.

Clean rooms, central location, there are vending machines in the lobby, if the parking lot is full there are valet facilities, around the hotel there are many restaurants.

Strategic hotel close to city center

One of the best hotels with often fully booked in the Tidar area. Walking distance to restaurants, comfy, clean, and quiet room, friendly staff too. Variety of breakfast menu.

Will definitely come back again, comfortable bed, strong water, good Wi-Fi, but maybe breakfast is a bit less “busy” in the pastry section, no sausages haha, but overall it’s ok!

I've stayed here twice. The staff, from the bellboys, receptionists, waiters, and housekeepers, are all very friendly. The hotel is very clean.
