The location is very close to Bandung Station, close to culinary places, the price is also affordable, the room is spacious.

The room was actually fine, but I was disappointed when I first arrived on the 22nd to check in. The staff thought I was more than two people just because I brought a lot of luggage, even though it was actually snacks. I was told I couldn't roll down the mattress and would be fined if I had more than two people. I was a guest, so why did he speak like a threat? I was tired of checking in, so I didn't argue much. Then, when I got to my room, I was shocked to find underwear in the room, placed on top of the closet. It looked like it belonged to a previous guest, but they hadn't checked it thoroughly. Please improve the service, especially since I checked in during Eid al-Fitr, when hotel rates are higher, but the service I received was poor. I still remember the person I checked in with at 7 p.m.

Highly recommended, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again.

The hotel is as described in the app, quite nice and clean, the staff are friendly, 200m to the train station, lots of places to eat, Kartika Sari souvenirs, maintain and continue to improve the service, hopefully it will always be the best in everything.

The hotel's location is close to everywhere, you can find food nearby.

This is right across from Bandung station, so if you're taking Whoosh or the train and want to take a satset trip, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms, breakfast, service, and hotel area are the BEST. For advice: the towels might be cleaner.

Right in front of Bandung Station, in the morning there is delicious sate jando, many food and souvenir sellers Mayasari and others just a few steps from the hotel, the hotel is clean, the price is affordable but there is a swimming pool facility, my child is comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good and standard. 1. Clean room. 2. Strategic location 3. Close to the station, and places to eat. FYI 1. Liquid soap in the sink is empty 2. Tissue roll is half left 3. Hot water is not that hot tending to warm cold 4. At 11 am already called to check out. (First experience staying in a hotel reminded to check out at 12)

Overall, it's good. I'll come back next time.
