The hotel was dirty, with various corners appearing neglected and poorly maintained. The room had an unpleasant, damp vibe, with lots of dust and hair. The bathroom was dirty, the mat was shabby and worn, and the towels looked like doormats. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, which seems to be a common feature in all hotels these days. The price tag for the room was far from what I expected. I'm sorry to say, the hotel is currently not recommended for those seeking comfort. The only positive aspect is that the hotel staff at the reception were friendly and cooperative.

Honesty is very clean and tidy, the food is also standard, overall okay. It's just a shame the bathroom doesn't have hot water even though the faucet says hot water, but when you use it, the water is cold.

I have stayed here twice..access to Blok M terminal is very close and there are many culinary variations.

The room of choice was cornered, no internet signal, the wifi signal didn't reach the room, and the AC wasn't cold at all. We protested many times but it took a long time to be handled, we were already fussing about the AC in the middle of the night before we were moved. Moving rooms also turned out to be dirty, lots of dust when we entered, the bathroom was really dirty, the first time the sink water was turned on it was brown. It seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time, but suddenly we were asked to fill it up.
