Everything was good, check-in and check-out were fast, and the breakfast was very varied (the best). My only suggestion is to have carpet in the bedrooms for more comfort, as the Setiabudi area is cold.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the toilet is also clean, the shower has hot water and the AC works normally. And the breakfast food is delicious. and the service of the staff is top friendly. Those who want to vacation to the tourist attractions of Lembang must stay here.

Masyaa Allah really like staying here, friendly service, helpful, clean, spacious room. I happened to forget to bring a folding bucket for the kids to bathe, because my kids are afraid to bathe in the shower. When I called the receptionist, she asked if I could borrow a bucket and a ladle, Alhamdulillah it didn't take long for them to bring it to the room. The downside is the hairdryer can't be used. Otherwise it's good.

check in time only takes a short time, not to mention all the staff are very friendly right down to the security. The location of the hotel is also strategic, close to UPI and close to minimarkets and places to find food. the rooms are clean and quite spacious. It's just a shame that the bathroom doesn't have a tap for ablution, you have to use a shower.

(+) The staff service is very good, starting from the front office to the valet parking crew, they are very helpful. (-) For a 4* star hotel, the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking, there are only two pillows and there is no hand shower or jet shower in the bathroom, which is very difficult for me who brings a toddler.
