Quick response staff. Clean rooms. Cool AC. Spacious rooms. Parking is a bit tricky when there are lots of guests staying, but there's valet parking and the staff are quick to help. Overall, it's very comfortable and enjoyable. Suggestion: Upgrade the TV to a smart TV if possible.

Maybe breakfast has sausage for a variety of flavors.

The room was very comfortable, large, and had a bathtub. Unfortunately, the water in the bathroom took a long time to drain, so when I showered, my feet were submerged. Breakfast was also very limited. I stayed for two days, and the breakfast was almost the same on the first and second days.

This hotel is worth the distance from the city center, the facilities, the cleanliness, the spacious rooms, and the friendly staff, all at an affordable price (I stayed on a low-season weekend). My suggestion is that the toilets should be equipped with bidets. Indonesians are more comfortable with bidets than just a faucet. Many hotels abroad already provide bidets because they attract many Indonesian guests.

Recommended, we stayed at Travello because it was very close to the location of the children's graduation ceremony at UPI on October 15, 2026.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. I even extended my stay because it was conveniently close to my campus and the city.

It was quite enjoyable to stay here with my family, but when we went swimming, there was no staff to help us with towels. We were forced to return to our room soaked… Overall, the facilities and other services were quite good. Thank you.

Booked a 2-night stay at Travello. Room was old and dirty, not well maintained as advertised. Dust everywhere, rust in appliances, and a moldy smell. AC was not cold at all. It was blowing fan only. Outside air was much colder than inside. Wanted to call the receptionist to ask nicely to change rooms. The phone in the room did not work. Went down to the receptionist to ask for a room change. Was offered a room change, but the AC was still not cold. Offered to change rooms again for 5 times; all the ACs were not cold, all blowing fan only. Couldn’t stand the musty smell and the dust all over; rooms were falling apart. Expected more from what was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Checked out the same night we checked in, asked for a refund for the next day's stay. Staff was not helpful at all, refused to refund or offer any kind of compensation. Did not recommend staying here ever again.
