Villa is not recommended for families of more than 5 people. I was very disappointed with the hotel owner who asked for additional fees beyond the stated costs. Additional costs are very unreasonable compared to villas which in my opinion are ordinary. Finally, my family and I chose a more decent hotel with a reasonable fee and had to give up the money that had been paid to the Villa Durian. Many policies do not make sense, for example, the owner asks us to clean the kitchen after use, well normally it will definitely be cleaned we want to go on vacation and if it is dirty, it imposes unreasonable fees. If there is damage, a fee will also be charged. We asked to enter the Villa to check the conditions in the Villa but it was not permitted by the owner before paying additional fees in my opinion it is very unreasonable how we know the situation in the Villa is fine if it is not shown before paying. Wifi and phone signal bad, I cant connect internet

The place is comfortable, neat, attractive, not boring, the service is quite satisfactory and not sorry to get there.
