I've actually stayed at the Quirin hotel quite a few times. Usually, we get a room on the left side of the second floor with elevator access, but this time, when I requested a room in the area, as usual, the hotel staff didn't give me one. I was given a room on the right side of the second floor with stair access. It seems like the reason is full. I don't know, maybe because I booked through the app, I was given a spare room. The room was also dusty. There was a dispenser hidden in an empty room for drinking water. When I wanted to get water at night, the room was dark. For showering, the hot water took a long time to come out, only feeling a little warm after rinsing, and even then, I deliberately didn't turn it off (it actually wastes water like this, but I had to do it for the sake of getting warm water). Hopefully, it will be better in the future... It would be a shame if the service and facilities continue to decline like this, it's very different from what I felt before Covid.
