Dirty

Very bad. Does not match the picture and expectations. In the picture it's very clean but in reality it's not. The room is dirty, the sheets and mattresses are shabby, the towels are dull, the pillows are very thin and have to be replaced with new ones. The cabinet is broken, the TV is not working, and the Wi-Fi is not reachable. The bathroom is dirty and the door is broken. The towel hanger is also broken. Highly not recommended.

Facilities do not match the information provided. TV cannot be turned on, confirmed but no action. Scary toilet with lots of sawang. No clothes hangers, no cleaning section even though it was more than 1 night. Unfriendly service, frequent reports but not responded to.

Kamar dan toilet sangat kotorr sekali, lantai lengket seprei butekk dan juga banyak plastik bekas kondoma sangat baukk, tolong ditingkatkan lagi ya mas dan Mbak nya 🤗.

Tempatnya berisik, penghuninya usil sering tiba-tiba memukul pintu yang saya tempati. Tidak ada remot AC, dan air panas yang tidak menyala.

The place is easy to reach, but the cleanliness in the room is lacking, there are lots of mosquitoes, the tv remote doesn't work, the air conditioner is not cold.

The toilet has a condom, it wasn't cleaned first. Behind the toilet there is a lot of garbage, hot air conditioning and a lot of things. Didn't have time to take photos because I was too tired from cleaning myself.

Yesterday, it was flooded. Lots of leaks.
