Very dirty there, there was moisture and cocroachs

The hot water doesn't work, the pillowcases don't seem to have been changed, the bathroom is also not very clean, there's no soap either.

More like a guest house. The bathroom was filthy and dirty. The drain took a long time to drain. The walls were damp and had lots of island pictures. There was no table or cupboard like in the picture. Very disappointed. The sheets were dirty. The small TV wouldn't turn on either. The pool was dirty, so the room wasn't worth renting.

good very good if there are bad reviews maybe it's just competitors. because there are many hotels around and maybe many are competing with quality. but in my opinion if you really want to go to Batu, don't trust too much with photos and video reviews on social media because many only look at photos

The order on the app was not sudden, but when I checked in I got a spare room that was not clean.

It's worth it considering the cheap price.. The only thing I regret is that the bathroom is very dirty, lots of hair and smells like it wasn't cleaned by the staff... the remains of the previous guests are still there... and the room is dusty... there are black stains on the linen... luckily there is a swimming pool so the kids are entertained
