The room wasn't soundproof, so noise from outside was clearly audible. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. The hotel's concept is good.

Staying here feels like coming home to grandma's house, with a homey atmosphere and a truly classic interior. The location is also strategic, making it simply the best.

The environment is comfortable and clean. Before checking in, I chatted with the admin staff, who were very friendly and informative. There was a drama about adding a room on the spur of the moment, but the staff was super friendly. I even forgot something, but it was stored safely until I retrieved it.

When I checked in, I was immediately told that I got a room on the top floor because there was no request & it had been informed to the app, but the app didn't inform me that I got the top floor, I got a top room where the bed was right next to the toilet door 🤦‍♀️, the room lights were a bit dim, the bed was really uncomfortable, it bounced a lot, there were lots of scratches on the walls of the room, there were dead lizards outside the room.

Business trip homey atmosphere, hotel cleanliness is also clean

The hotel staff is very helpful. I couldn't check in on the first day as scheduled because I missed the train. They provided a solution that was beneficial to both parties. There are many places to eat around the hotel. It's also near a bookstore. If I go to Malang again, I'll stay here again.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious enough for families. Just a suggestion for bathroom footwear, perhaps you could use anti-slip ones in case elderly people slip.
