The water in the bathroom is small so it's quite difficult when you want to take a shower.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable. However, the room was a little uncomfortable. I booked a non-smoking room because I'm a non-smoker and have a toddler. However, upon entering the room, I could smell cigarette smoke, especially when I entered the bathroom. Even though the room did say "no smoking." Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security is friendly... the view of the river is nice... unfortunately there are some shortcomings in the bathroom which is a bit slippery and there is water leaking.

I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. because the receptionist informed me the day before that breakfast was from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. At 6:00 a.m., the restaurant staff told me to wait 10 minutes. I sat down at a table, and by 6:34 a.m., no one had informed me that breakfast was ready. I ended up skipping breakfast at 6:45 and checking out straight away, but the receptionist said breakfast had been ready since 6:00 a.m. It was a shame the owner had poor occupancy, and the service was subpar and too relaxed.

The room was comfortable, but the cleanliness was less than satisfactory, with insects like ants and an unpleasant toilet odor. However, the service provided was quite good and friendly, from the staff, receptionist, and room attendants.

Affordable prices, friendly staff, strategic location, city center, next to the hotel there is a big river.

Actually it's okay, but the room is dirty, like it's not looked after... the pillows are very dirty with yellowing saliva stains, the blankets are also yellow... and it's a shame that small children have to pay for breakfast even though they don't eat much.

Friendly staff, around the hotel there are many places to eat and close to Indomaret. The atmosphere on the riverside is an added value. The food is quite good. Recommended!

The hotel staff is very friendly, it is very impressive to be able to stay at Victoria River View Hotel, you can also see the river. But what makes us bored is the TV that has no signal. Not being able to watch TV all day, how boring is it for guests who bring children, it feels like being in a forest, so quiet. Please, the hotel will fix what needs to be fixed, such as the TV facility that has no signal, for the comfort of guests staying at your hotel. Also, don't look at the room type, like "this guest booked the lowest room type", so the staff doesn't care about the facilities in the room being broken/not, and "this is the highest room type" so you need to pay attention in detail to what is broken.

The room AC is hot not cold, when I complained the answer was: "wait a minute ma'am, it only gets cold after being turned on for a while" without offering to change the room.. hotel slippers were not available in my room, I have complained to the staff who visited to see the condition of the AC, the staff said "I will convey to the information, please wait for the slippers ma'am" but until I checked out the slippers had not arrived.. the towels were yellow-gray not white.. the toilet smelled of cockroaches, this was my first and last experience staying at this hotel.. for those who want to stay at this hotel, think again, the comfort of your stay is not guaranteed..
