We booked this hotel because it's close by rsia puri bunda where our daughter was giving birth. The worst hotel ever, never book this hotel. From outside it looks nice, too nice for the price. And when we are in our room... Almost couldn't believe... So dirty, no soap, there are dirt remains on the toilet, the shower handle is dirty, there are insects coming out from the bathroom, smoke smell, all the bad things you can imagine. It was already at 11 pm and we were so tired so we stayed but please do not stay here until they do something about maintenance. Indo version: intinya jgn book hotel ini, sangat jorok, tdk terawat.

Dirty hotel bathroom lacking maintenance. Small water. The fridge is dirty like it hasn't been used for a long time. The employees are lazy. If only the hotel could be looked after in care would have been better. The bathroom was dirty because it wasn't brushed and cleaned properly. The bed linen is not replaced dirty. Smelly pillows and dirty pillowcases.

AC is not cold. The hotel does not have a lift rather difficult if you bring a lot of waste. cleanliness needs to be improved again. The place is not like a star hotel.

They gave us the bad room on the third floor when we arrived at the hotel. we request the room in the lower floor because my sister in law is pregnant.. but the room is not available. We go to the third floor through the stairs (no lift). The door of the room was broken (can’t be locked) and the Air conditioner wasn’t cold. Finally we complaint and get better room in the second floor.

Pillows and rooms smell. As checked in there is no person at the reception, except 1 person who is longer. When asked, he got angry and was kicked out.

The rooms are clean and the service is friendly, satisfying. But what is rather strange is the breakfast in nasi kotak😂

Room facilities are not maintained.

There was no friendly staff just entering the hotel, instead the staff was lying down.

The hotel has no elevator facilities, to carry a lot of luggage is very inconvenient and for breakfast only rice boxes.

Cheap, friendly lodging, with a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Suitable as a reference on vacation (holiday), just a walk (traveling), or maybe honeymoon (honey moon). need to try it.

The toilet is very dirty. It seems like it's never been cleaned. Until you don't dare to defecate there, you can't flush. The water is jammed, there is a lot of black crust, very dirty. Not to mention when staying there was a large group of junior high school study tour children, noisy all night. The room door was repeatedly slammed. Tell the hotel staff, but it's still noisy. Very dissatisfied to stay there, better find another budget hotel. Or add a little money to stay in a hotel that is more comfortable, terrible to live there.

The room is spacious and comfortable sleeping because there is no noise.
