Overall, the hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast menu had a lot of choices, but our room was located very close to the train tracks so it was a bit noisy.

The staff was friendly and responsive, the hotel/room facilities didn't match the pictures, the room was cramped, there were no tissues, there was a water heater but no adapter, everything had to be requested at the reception and had to go down to the lobby because all the phones were dead. This is more of a short-stay hotel, not suitable for families.

Staying here is affordable, easy to get everywhere, and I'm really excited.

The hotel is strategically located, the room is small, equivalent to a superior room, it seems we were given a lower grade room, amenities such as tissue, toiletries are not available, you have to call the front desk, the cups are dirty, the bed is uncomfortable because it is broken.

The location is not far from Solo Balapan train station so you can save on costs, the breakfast menu is varied, there is a swimming pool so it is a complete package for families.

The location is not very strategic, it's hard to find a supermarket, the room feels shabby and has many broken parts. The phone doesn't work. It's a shame for a hotel of this class. When you enter the room, the bed is very dirty and smelly, so you have to complain first. The AC works but the temperature can't be adjusted, so it's like a freezer in the room, so you have to turn it on and off. There's a lot of hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Luckily, the hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the sound of the train doors penetrates into the room...

Traffic noise is loud because it's on the side of the road. If you want a non-smoking room, you'll need to book a deluxe room.

booked a moderate room..extraordinarily spacious..the king bed is large but the springs on the left and right have started to sag. the shower arrangement and no cover make bathing less than optimal. old hotel well maintained strategic location, there are 5 floors + 4 elevators. there are 3 parking spots, the employees and manager on duty are friendly. close to night culinary. only not soundproof because of the sound of trains and in the morning there are noisy motorbike tracks. the 1.4m swimming pool is child-friendly and less chlorine makes the eyes comfortable. breakfast for me is extraordinary, the restaurant is spacious, local food has a lot of variations, the taste is quite good. overall satisfying makes my wife and children addicted. maintain and improve.. success

I stayed for 3 nights during the holidays, and overall, it's a good place to stay with the family. Clean pool, easy access to the city center, friendly staff, full breakfast, and a recommended place to stay in Solo.
