The hotel staff was friendly, but when I left something behind, there was no information by call or WhatsApp.

Maybe in the future, more maintenance will be needed, such as on the AC and bathroom equipment, to make it better.

This hotel has been around for quite some time. It's easy and convenient to get around, close to Balapan Station, Pasar Gede, Gacoan, and Aren Bakery. The hotel isn't too crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing staycation. The price is also reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they even let you store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check-in time. The downside is that the door to the room is sometimes difficult to open; you have to update your card at the front desk. My suggestion is that the Wi-Fi in the room needs to be improved so it's no longer slow. But overall, I like it and it's comfortable.

It's nice and suitable for staying with family. It's clean and close to UNS or anywhere else. Most importantly, it's nice.

There are lots of ants and other animals/insects in the room and bathroom. Rooms facing the street are quite noisy/not soundproof due to the traffic noise on the highway.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the facilities were good. I stayed for two nights with my family, and the room was spacious, perfect for a toddler to play in.

The hotel is comfortable and authentically Solo. It has a swimming pool and offers a floating breakfast.

It was a great stay at Hotel Asia. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were excellent. The breakfast was also delicious.

The family room lacked towels. It also took a relatively long time to get service. Many of the light switches, TV, and plugs didn't work. Only dim lights were available, so the lighting was poor. The room was poorly maintained.

Overall, the hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast menu had a lot of choices, but our room was located very close to the train tracks so it was a bit noisy.

The staff was friendly and responsive, the hotel/room facilities didn't match the pictures, the room was cramped, there were no tissues, there was a water heater but no adapter, everything had to be requested at the reception and had to go down to the lobby because all the phones were dead. This is more of a short-stay hotel, not suitable for families.

Staying here is affordable, easy to get everywhere, and I'm really excited.
