The hotel is very strategic from Ramayana Mall, hospital, port and airport.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom are clean.

Friendly staff, big hotel room with a mini refrigerator (really nice) and close to the port. A lot of variety for breakfast, but we unfortunately found a mouse eating some bread from the breakfast buffet... A lot of ants walking in the room and hallways. If it is just for one night, I would say it would be a good option, but if you are looking for a longer stay, I don't know.

The order was quick and easy

In 2021, I stayed at the Mariat Hotel. It's very different now. The atmosphere is very scary. The hotel is quiet, there are no other guests, but the hotel staff always says the other guests have already rested. For 3 nights and 4 days, I stayed in the hallway on the 3rd floor, never seeing another guest. Even in the room next to mine, there were sounds of people arguing and screaming. It made me even more scared and wanted to hurry up and get up early.... There was also a live cockroach on my bed.

Good, delicious breakfast, great location. And just a suggestion, the receptionist is friendly, but a little less grumpy.

Friendly hotel staff. Clean swimming pool. Very cold air conditioning in room 402. Clean bathroom. Fresh, fragrant, and white towels. The hotel atmosphere is calm and quiet. Vehicles are very safe. The hotel is old but all facilities and comfort are guaranteed. The best hotel in Sahid Mariat Sorong. Next time, I will definitely stay again.

The service is very friendly. Check-in doesn't always have to be at 2:00. If a room is available, the staff are very friendly and will let you check in. The food is varied and delicious. The location is strategic, close to shopping and hospitals. The hotel price is still affordable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who are price-conscious like me. Good luck!

I was a little disappointed when I entered the room because there was no pillow. I'd asked for a smoking room, so there should have been an ashtray, right? Instead, I had to go back and forth twice to ask for one, but it wasn't delivered. A small suggestion: please be more efficient with your service, so you don't disappoint your guests.

The first night I stayed, the most uncomfortable thing was the cockroaches in the bathroom. So, I moved the next day. Oh, and when I got there, there was no pillow. I wonder if I'll sleep without one? 🤣

This 3-star hotel has been operating since 1994. It was once the best hotel in Sorong. The ambiance of its glory days is still palpable. The lobby is quite nice, and the rooms still exude an aura of luxury from the era. The air conditioning is cool, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a single sofa, and the deluxe rooms have a pool view. The location is strategically located near Sorong Mall. There is an ATM in front of the hotel. The only downside to my stay was the breakfast selection, which was nearly empty and not refilled, and the room deposit was not returned because I couldn't show a deposit receipt, even though I wasn't given one at check-in. It's a real shame.
