The staff is quite friendly, the variety and taste of the food is okay. The atmosphere in the lobby of the hotel is a bit dark, a bit gloomy, maybe the lighting needs to be reviewed again. In the app I chose a single bed but it turned out there was no, the receptionist informed that if there was an additional fee, even though this information was not in the app. The bathroom was a bit dark, the lights were not bright, the sheets seemed worn, for the size of the Ledian hotel, we assessed it was worth replacing. The balcony was not clean / never cleaned? Too dusty.. Thank you, the food was delicious.

It's an old hotel but pretty well maintained. I took a Cottages Suite. This cottage has one air-conditioned master bedroom and a living room with air-conditioning and a spacious bathroom. There's a terrace. There are buggy cars to take you to the front lobby. My only suggestion: the living room lights are too dim. Breakfast is quite varied, mostly Indonesian food, no Western food. Besides, who wants Western food? All I need is a cup of coffee. Cheers.

Upon entering, you're greeted by a hot, un-air-conditioned lobby. There's no welcome drink. Early check-in is possible at 1:00 PM. Parking tickets are free, scan by the receptionist. The elevator runs smoothly. The room's ambiance is very old-school. The lighting isn't comfortable for the eyes. Cable TV is the only option; a smart TV would be nice so you don't get bored in your room. The pool view is quite good. The shower head is not smooth and intermittent. The pool is poorly maintained. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying. Conclusion: The hotel is suitable for seniors but not for young families who prioritize technology.

Overall it was pleasant, except that the hot water didn't flow & the connecting door wasn't soundproof enough so conversations in the next room could be heard clearly.
