I once held a work meeting here, that's why I came back again.

The hotel is quite good, close to the highway, access if you want to go out at night near the shopping center, just walk, crowded, not scary, like it, next time I'll stay again. At most, the swimming pool has a water filter that is functioning so it's clean. the rest is okay👍👍👍

The playground is not well maintained & is dirty so it's a bit worrying for children to play.

The bathroom leaked and flooded, the bathroom mat was very dirty, this was the first time I stayed here and the bathroom mat had never been changed, the towel on the edge was torn and not suitable for guests to use, when I booked I noted that I wanted one with a terrace, but I was given one without one for various reasons, the bathroom was dirty, the sound from the front was very minimal, the bed sheets were full of stains, sorry, I'm really fed up

For hotels, pay more attention to cleanliness and facilities. The staff is not very friendly.

We have stayed at New Ayuda several times because in front of the room there is a terrace, a view of the garden/rice fields, it is comfortable, the location is also not too far, to avoid traffic jams going up, we like to stay here, the food is also quite delicious, if you want to eat in the surrounding area there are also many choices. There is fish therapy but it is not well maintained, the cleanliness and maintenance of the garden are also not well taken care of, it's a shame. And for the receptionist, please follow the order rules when serving customers, don't be picky, the security is helpful, the other employees are also kind & polite. I will stay here again, hopefully it will be better maintained & I won't meet the picky receptionist, because I brought my child and was waiting for the order while standing, suddenly I was interrupted, that's all that disappointed me, the rest is fun. Hopefully the service will improve & the facilities will be better maintained 🤗🙏🏻.

Got a twin bed room at a price of around 500 thousand ex, breakfast 🙂. Sorry there are some minuses: (-) there are many black ants on the room table. (-) there are still yellow crust stains on the guest glass. (-) Under the mattress there is sand. (-) the pillow case is yellowing. (-) the bathroom ceiling in the corner is hollow. (-) the view of the room is someone's house trellis (maybe other rooms are not like this) (+) The atmosphere when entering the hotel feels like a nuance of Indonesian ornaments, lots of decor from wood carvings, fish ponds, door decor. (+) the staff is friendly only to male staff, not female staff 😏. (+) The room doesn't smell. (+) The refrigerator is really good, it's cold straight away.

On April 12, 2024, I booked 2 rooms on the 3rd floor (311 and 313). When I arrived at the hotel, it was already night and it was raining. The service was okay, but the condition of the room was not as requested and I couldn't choose. Not to mention the ceiling that looked black because it was probably leaking. Not to mention it seemed like the room had not been occupied for a long time. The atmosphere from the stairs up to the room already felt uncomfortable. Sleeping in a hotel but not according to expectations. Not recommended.

AC tidak dingin, remote tv tidak berfungsi, kebersihan kurang, komplain tidak ditindaklanjuti. Not recommended, apalagi membawa anak kecil, gak nyenyak tidur karena AC tidak dingin.

Tempatnya lumayan bersih, karyawannya ramah, dan housekeepernya pun ramah banget, pokoknya keren.

Booking lewat online kamar tidak bisa milih, hari kedua upgrade kamar dapet joglo, kamarnya luas bersih, nyaman, depan kamar sawah, sarapan lumayan enak dan beragam.

It's normal, there is no water heater. Only the location is easy to access.

The pillowcase is yellow and has traces of stains, like it's dirty, it's best not to use linen like that, and it looks like it's time to replace the bath towel.
