This hotel doesn't have an elevator. Those who get a room on the third or second floor will be very tired because the stairs are high. Room 308 has a noisy bed, like it's about to crumple, uncomfortable to sleep in, and very noisy. The shower water is very low. The swimming pool is small. Before I booked this hotel, I read good reviews, but it turns out that if you get a room on the upper floors, you'll definitely be tired.

Got this hotel at a really affordable price during the 7.7 holiday promo. Check-in time was still 1 PM, instead of the usual 2 PM, and thankfully, we were able to check in. The staff was very helpful, helping us carry our luggage. The room was also comfortable, and the hotel facilities made the kids happy, so they went straight to the garden and went swimming. Thanks to New Ayuda Puncak Hotel.
