The staff were unhelpful in finding a solution. I requested a room with a balcony or open windows because my husband is a heavy smoker. I told them to ask for a balcony and that it would be fine to pay extra, but the staff offered no solution, just to return the deposit. I swear, I checked out in less than an hour. The staff were so unfriendly.

The hotel has a Balinese feel, is located on the main road, has ample parking, friendly staff, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, has running water and hot water, spacious rooms, complete amenities: air conditioning, TV, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, and two bottles of mineral water. There is a children's playground and swimming pool. Close to Diaryland.

Upon check-in, we were greeted warmly by security. The location is strategically located, close to tourist attractions around Puncak. We recommend a stay.
