I was very disappointed to buy a vouchers to stay at the diva house via Treveloka. The photos that are displayed show are not communicative and without detailed explanation. I bought vouchers staying at the diva house for Friday June 28 2019 and after I arrived at the diva house and saw the conditions of the 3 rooms offered beyond my expectation, I let my vouchers stay for me in the charred diva house (I didn't stay) and I moved to another hotel located not far from the diva house. The thing that made me disappointed was the position of the bathroom which was not communicative in the explanation at the workshop. I illustrate the actual conditions of the 3 rooms, namely room A, Room B and room C and 1 bathroom. If the occupant of room B and the occupant of room C want to go to the bathroom then to go to the bathroom must / must pass Room A. So I am clear that the sheered bathroom in Treveloka advertisement is like that, it does not mean the position of the bathroom is outside (independent ) so that both room A, room B and room C if you want to go to the bathroom can go directly without passing or first entering the other room to the bathroom. That is what made me cancel my stay at the diva house because I imagine if at midnight I (the occupant of room B) and the occupant of room C want to go to the bathroom then I have to wake the occupants of room A heheheee. Judging from the price it is cheap, which is 897,000 for 3 rooms, but unfortunately the position of the room is as described above. Conclusion: Very disappointed with diva house accommodation. Hope: so that the presentation of information can be more comprehensive.

Diva House is perfect for holidays with large families with low budget, friendly staff and owner, every morning there are staff coming to clean up, for breakfast it is still okay with super low budget prices but still can breakfast where to try, for gas kitchens and water dispensers already filled right when you want to enter, only the hot water in the bathroom sometimes turns on sometimes. So far okay is staying at Diva House.

The place is good, the service is okay for the family.

The diva house service is very good, we like to stay there, a warm home atmosphere that makes us feel as if we are at home. Only a few criticisms of hot water for bathing, especially the bathroom in the room, can't get hot water out. But overall it is very good and comfortable.

Not really a hotel that is respectful, please evaluate the cooperation with this inn. We stayed 7 days but only cleaned once, the hot water did not work properly, the sheets and pillowcases were never replaced, those who have fussy unfamiliar because of me moved to a better place for sports equipment and patio chairs. The owner wanted to evict us and we were dead in 30 minutes. And I give up staying there. From the first day until we got home the food never changed, that is, nasi kuning, yellow rice.

Cozy place and close to eating location, air conditioning in every room and good service.
