The rooms are cramped but in accordance with the price especially with that price can already have breakfast with the usual taste, overall quite satisfied, For hot water in the bathroom directly hot, only, there is no elevator only stairs but from some reviews actually we already know that indeed there is no elevator just because it is a strategic place so we chose this hotel, many places to eat around the hotel are really close to Nagoya Hill, and for 3 days stay the room was not cleaned even though we had asked for cleaning.

Thank you Ace Hotel, the room is clean, the service is extra friendly, the food is pretty good, the facilities are enough, really suitable for those who like to travel. Near the mall and selling food everywhere. Supermarkets are also in front. Strategic location.

Firstly I got RM No. 305 but I complained because I found 2 small cockroaches 😭 ... Thankfully the staff moved me to RM 201 ... But, when it's come to the dusk till my check out time I found so noisy at the outside of my room ... Many people chit chat and laughing like they don't f***ing bother that there are people who spent money to relax in the hotel to spent their weekends... I totally can't sleep and rests since then... they are yelling, laughing and chit chat with very loud voices ... Sigh ... what a bad experience I found this time 😭

The hotel location is near Nagoya hill shopping center.

The hotel is located in a pretty good location. Good location here refers to strategic location. Nagoya Hill Mall is within walking distance. However, I must say that the hotel is not very convenient to stay. It is located within the surrounding of office stores. There is no lift within the hotel. I requested for the non-smoking room, yet the room still has a very strong smell of burned cigarettes. Not much to say, very limited facilities. A very cheap hotel. I would pay more to get better ones.

Convenient location, just 300 meter to Nagoya mall where we can easily find a lot of foods and stuffs. The room just an average 3 stars hotel in common but no kiblat direction (too bad). The toilet need to be improved especially a bad smell come from the sanitary holes...

Ace Hotel is located near the Nagoya Hills complex, for those of you who like shopping, it is suitable with cheap prices and okay facilities. It's just that, if you can on the 3rd floor, it's quite difficult to go up and down, because there are no elevator facilities.
