Friendly hotel staff and good service

A hotel that truly feels like a five-star hotel at street food prices... unfortunately there's only one... the traffic access is a bit complicated because it's at the end of the median, so the U-turn is really far. Yes, the pedestrian bridge in front helps, but okay, we're healthier.

Budget hotel, which is quite good for those who are just stopping by. Standard price with the facilities provided is appropriate for a 300 thousand hotel.

The hotel location is very strategic for public transportation such as Transjakarta. The room facilities are okay, from the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the room AC is really cool. The food menu could be more varied for a 3-star hotel facility like this to make it more worth it according to the price. The taste of the food is quite okay. Maybe the elevator needs maintenance, the elevator number buttons are a bit difficult to press to go up to the upper floor, even though it has been tapped with a card it is not detected.

Please provide fragrant soap and a usable soap dish.

The location is in the center of Alam Sutera city, there are many roadside eateries and minimarkets, the staff are friendly, the room is small but it's worth it for that price plus you get breakfast, it's quite good, fried rice plus chicken plus egg delivered to your room.

A pretty good hotel and really deserves a high rating because it is quite comfortable and affordable for its facilities. The family room option is good, you get 1 king bed and 1 queen bed which are comfortable. Latex pillows and sheets are clean and fragrant. You also get free breakfast for 3 people. The location is strategic near the Alam Sutera Roundabout, but unfortunately the JPO is closed so it is difficult to see the location. Overall great value for money so that I extended. I hope to be able to stay at this hotel again on my next trip 😁

A very good value hotel and quite good for its price. Very suitable for family vacations because there is a choice of family rooms. Comfortable mattresses, there are 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, and latex pillows. The room is clean and fragrant when you enter. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to the Alam Sutera roundabout and the noise is also quite minimal. With an affordable price, you can get free breakfast for 3 people, but unfortunately the breakfast menu is not very varied. Overall, this hotel is the best value choice for a family vacation with an affordable price and good facilities.

Be careful with transactions that must be done by cash. Read carefully what and how much is written on the deposit receipt and carefully calculate the money you receive back from the hotel staff. Do not completely trust the staff at the reception for your financial affairs. Apart from the money matters that are directly with the hotel staff, there are no other complaints. Appreciate also for the assistance from Traveloka who has facilitated communication with the hotel even though I have checked out and unfortunately the matter with the hotel was not resolved properly. It really makes me regret dealing with the hotel management.

I try order to servant omellet the servant said can not to did it because the chef still making breakfast,really dissapointed,i never come to hotel every hotel,the servant can said " can not ' second time we will go to other side in the 6.00 in the morning,and the breakfast ready at 7.00 morning,i request to do anything to eat or breakfast before went to outside,but from the restaurant said can not..what the services to did it if this can not ,that can not really we are dissapointed,nextime i can not come again,i will told all our colleges don't do business with maryline hotel,bad services,for the servants.

The room was really bad and the receptionist had a bad attitude.
